Brilliant value for money. - Excellent value for money. Seen dolphins, whales and a sea turtle. Dolphins came and circled boat. Staff are lovely and informative about the animals. Staff checking everyone was ok and looked after those who weren’t. Bar on board also for refreshments.

- Had a fantastic time! The boat wasn't full so had the option to sit inside of outside. We got to see dolphins and whales. The whales came so close to the boat it was amazing to see. Only thing is the boat can rock a lot so be prepared if you suffer with sea-sickness.

Had a (pilot) whale of a time! - A lovely morning spent on the ocean! We weren't expecting to see that much but we were lucky enough to see both dolphins and lots of pilot whales. The guides were informative about the whales as well as the local geography. Would highly recommend as an experience!

Hunting for the pilot whales and snorkeling near the coast - Cool catamaran for up to 24 people without feeling too crowded. Helpful crew, plenty of food and drinks on board. Looking for a few pilot whales we got the idea that we were chasing them - along with other boats - a bit. But apparently that's the only way to see any of it. 4 stars given because quite a few seasick people had come on board.

Not a positive experience - Bad experience, absolutely not recommended We were very disappointed DA this boat trip to Tenerife, booked through the GetYourGuide app, which we have used many times around the world without ever having any problems. Even here in Tenerife, with other activities, everything has always gone smoothly. But this time it was a disaster in every respect. The first problem was the wrong meeting point indicated on the app. Los Cristianos was written on the reservation, but the pin on the map led to another beach, Playa DE las Vistas. By car the distance is not huge, but on foot it is very long, also because the two areas are not directly connected DA l promenade and you pass by secondary roads. Following the wrong directions of the app, we arrived in the wrong bay, where it is much harder to find parking, and we lost precious time looking for a place. In addition, the application lacked useful information, such as the name of the business or advertiser, which would at least have allowed us to verify the exact point with Google Maps or other apps. But there was nothing, just a wrong pin. When we arrived on site, we asked two local people for information who told us clearly: “No excursion starts here, they start on the other side”. Only then did we realize the mistake. We immediately recalled the number provided, explaining the situation in Spanish and saying that we were getting to the correct point, trying to resolve in good faith. We arrived half an hour before the scheduled time (12:30), but between the difficulty to find parking and the time to reach the right point on foot, we managed to get in front of the pier at 12:31. At that point, however, we found the gate already closed. We signaled, we held each other, we called back, but nobody considered us. Two phone calls already made in Spanish, and a third in front of the boat, while we were talking to each other in Italian, suddenly changed everything: we were told that “they thought we had already gone up”, because two Italian people had already gone up. But how is that possible? They didn't even know who we were, they never asked us for the name or booking number (which of course they have), and most importantly we had already called twice before: they knew very well that someone was coming! Plus, they didn't even have the decency to wait five minutes. We were ignored while the crew watched us doing nothing. After five minutes of gestures and attempts, one of them came out, looked at the clock and calmly told us that it was 12:36 and that it was “late”, but “not to worry”. In the meantime they had removed the bridge between the pier and the boat left before our eyes. When we tried to figure out how to recover the excursion, the only “solution” offered was to pay another € 10 per person to move to the next time. No excuses, no refunds, no concrete gestures to make up for it. The only attempt to apologize was to give us two bracelets marked “VIP”, which no one else was actually wearing on board, and which therefore did not even seem related to that excursion. We were told they were entitled to a free drink on the boat, but we were not even given it. While sailing it is difficult to move because of the swing of the boat, and you are very taken DA photos and videos, so we decided to ask it when you return, just before docking. There, too, we were denied with an excuse, saying that they were preparing for docking and that there was no time even to get a bottle of water. In addition, they tried to blame the app, when in fact they manage the profile on GetYourGuide and provide all the information, including the meeting point. We also found out, talking to the staff, that the meeting point was wrong DA two and a half years ago, but they never did anything to correct it. In fact, we were asked to report it to the app, as if it were our responsibility. Basically, we had to do the work that was theirs as organizers. In summary: experience DA forget. Little seriousness, zero attention to the customer, total disorganization and disrespect. I strongly advise against it.
