Nice guide and all the animals - Super nice guide! I forgot my car keys at the kayak storage and he stayed in the area looking for me to make sure that I got them back. Thanks again! Also he had very interesting stories to tell. Not only about the animals but also about his life. Our tour took abit longer than planned but he was very chill about it.
We saw both dolfins and turtles from the kayak and the turtles gut really close.
While snorkeling we also spotted a stingray along with a lot of beautiful fish. The snorkeling gear was also of good quality. Definitely would go again!

Unbelievable experience - I would 100% recommend this activity to anyone and would definitely suggest using Daniel’s company.
His safety demonstration was professional & clear, guiding us all on how to kayak effectively. After this, you could tell his main aim was to make everyone have a good time, he was telling jokes and spending time with each pair telling funny stories, which you’d not get if you went with a larger group.
Being in the smaller group enabled Daniel to act quickly when he saw the dolphins and get us into position to experience them in their natural habitat. We even saw two turtles which was cool.
That being said, it is very clear in the description that seeing both isn’t a given so we were extremely lucky. However, even if it was just a kayaking & snorkelling experience, I’d still give it 5 stars due to the fun atmosphere that Daniel created within our group, he had me & my girlfriend in stitches up throughout the experience.

Thanks to Daniel! - We had a great time with our guide Daniel and his funny stories. He had a great feeling of where to find the dolphins. So we were able to see a lot of them and had turtles swim near our kayak. It was amazing!

A Must-Do! Best part of our holiday - What a fun experience!! Daniel made the excursion the experience that it was. A great time on the ocean, with dolphins and a few turtles. This was our favorite activity we did in Tenerife.

Fun kayak experience and bonus of swimming with a turtle - Really enjoyed our experience. We had a small group and Daniel took the time to chat to all of us. He set the expectation on what we might see, given that the dolphins and turtles are wild animals. He brought us out to a spot where we snorkeled and our group saw and swam with a turtle! He gave us lots of time to swim before setting out to look for the dolphins, though despite his efforts we didn't see any. Would recommend this tour, with the understanding that the kayaking itself is the experience and seeing the animals cannot be guaranteed.

was set up to fail by rude staff from beginning - DO NOT book this tour if you are new to kayaking. when booking this tour we were told we don’t need any prior experience of kayaking however when we got there they went round the room and asked if we have done kayaking before, and when we said no we were told that it was very hard and that without doing it before we may not be suitable.
after telling the three staff that had each individually came up to us and made it out like we wouldn’t be able to do it, we decided to give it a go as we had payed €40 per person (which was non refundable)
15 minutes into the kayaking the instructor came up to us and said he is going to cancel our tour as we where being too slow- we were the last ones to enter the water so naturally we where going to be a bit behind.
we went back to the shore where we met a man named moses and he was very reluctant to listen or help us get atleast a partial refund or to transfer those funds to a different activity. neither him or the lady who was in charge could offer any alternatives or refunds and kept telling us there was nothing they could do
the way we were spoken to left my friend very upset as it was our last day and we had spent our last bit of holiday money on this activity so that we could go snorkelling with the turtles, only to be rudely kicked out of the group.

TERRIBLE ( AVOID AT ALL COSTS) - I am not someone to usually leave bad reviews but this experience was terrible from start to finish and left the whole group disappointed and angry at how this establishment and it’s tour guides dealt with its customers.
Our tour guide ( name beginning with a P, blonde hair, male) was a very nice man however he was incompetent in his abilities and the group was aggravated and felt disappointed and let down by what was suppose to be a once in a life time experience to snorkel for a chance to see turtles. The tour guide was that far behind we didn’t even get to snorkel due to him not providing good instructions and not commanding the group well.
There was 8 kayaks in total including a kayak with a wheelchair user on board who wasn’t supplied with an adequate back support and when she questioned this he told her to take her life jacket off and use this as her back rest which wasn’t just inappropriate but unsafe for if she were to fall in the water and the instructor had 7 other kayaks with 2 people on board to look after which was too much for this instructor to handle in the first place and left him very stressed. Many times myself and my dad were left kayaking 200 meters ahead of the group because the instructor didn’t give adequate instructions about stop points and struggled to look after and keep everyone together. On the way to the fish farms the instructor capsized his boat 3 times with a unconfident swimmer on board and during this he lost some of his personal equipment and apparently lost his go pro, water bottle and radio. Therefore no photos were taken on the trip. The girl he had on board friends were unable to kayak and follow instructions so we’re rightfully so collected and did not continue the adventure however the girl with them wasn’t given the choice to return to shore with her friends and after the kayaking was done due to the extra hour we spent out on the sea because of the delays the group waiting took the kayaks straight away leaving the girl no time to get her sliders so the instructor and the girl were left walking bare foot half a mile back to the shop in mid day heat on hot tiles. When out at the fish farms we spent 10 minutes max looking for dolphins and then straight away had to go to the snorkelling spot. We did not get to snorkel. The instructor couldn’t get his anchor to work and left us all tied up together for a good 30 minutes during this time he capsized and couldn’t get himself and the girl up and had to ask us to help him. We were very close ti the rocks and due to the waves being choppy we were all bumping into each other and it wasn’t a great experience. While waiting for him to set up the couple with the wheelchair user got fed up of waiting and kayaked back to shore and the instructor didn’t tell anyone and didn’t seem to care which made you question putting your life in his hands and trusting him while being This far out in the ocean. As the instructor was stressing we asked if he could get someone to help him but he was just ignoring us but many kayaking groups past and none offered him help which our Group was very annoyed at. Our instructor felt very bad about the experience And told us this after he told us we can’t snorkel because he was unable ti put the anchor down and told us we would get our money back for the bad experience. We got back to the shop after being an hour later back then they expected us and they were very annoyed at the instructor and only offered us 5 euros back when we paid 70 euros in total for the kayaking and snorkelling which was a slap in the face. They also offered us a chance to scuba dive for an extra 20 euros but everyone in the gyro ip felt the same. If you can’t trust the instructor to look after you above the water on kayaks doing simple activities then why would we trust him to look after us doing a activity that if not preformed properly can lead to life changing injuries. We left the experience disappointed and will never be using this place again. The hostile environment between instructors was unneeded and more training is required for the instructors. The instructor could have been having a bad day but you can’t have a bad day when you have peoples lives in your hands and people are trusting you to keep them safe. A full refund should have been given to the group
