- Minimum drinking age is 18 years
- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship

Whales - Sometimes the whales don’t want to be seen but not today. The staff was great and the service was quick. They were very accommodating.

Noon whale watching! - Went at noon when it was warmer. (February) The guides were excellent, knowledgeable, funny and definitely entertaining! Good food/drinks and overall a great experience. Highly recommend! Oh ya- great music as well!!

100% Top Notch Servicd - Ivan and his crew were incredible. They made us all feel like family and friends, knew when to play music, and when to let nature speak for itself.
The bartender made drinks perfectly and the rest of the staff were on it.
Definitely recommend to anybody looking for an excursion in Cabo.

Exciting crew - The captain, first mates and bartender were a blast. The kept it light and funny but also shared some facts about the whales. They made sure we saw some unbelievable moments.. Little bit of luck involved but certainly enhanced by their knowledge of the waters.

Whales in Cabo ! - The whale watching was great, and the boat was very comfortable. Our two tour guides were amazing! Very entertaining, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly!

Great time on the water. - The crew was fantastic. Had a great time and we actually got to see a few whales. You will not guaranteed to see them. It is just how it is. So if you don't see any. It is just how it is. The crew is informative and entertaining. Food and drinks are great.

Everyone did a wonderful job, they’re just weren’t many whales out that day - Every part of this tour was very well done, from pick up at the hotel, two people taking care of us on the boat. The boat wasn’t overcrowded. And they served lunch on the boat, which was very good. There was plenty to eat, and of course to drink, if you wanted it. Service was very good.
We saw several whales, but they were not very close to us. They did breach and that is always great. I realize the tour companies can control whether you will see whales, but when you don’t see them, it kind of defeats the point of spending the money. Absolutely worth using this company to try to see Wales. Much better if you can go end of January or end of February in Cabo when there are many more whales.

The Unknowns - I was provided around trip car service, driver dropped me early had to wait an hr before getting on the boat. From my experience a lot of things weren’t informed being this was my first experience. First, bring a jacket cause once in the ocean the winds are strong, next there’s not a guarantee you’re going to see whales & if you do it’s for a millisecond. Bathroom on deck is very confined plus no sanitizer to clean your hands. Third, crew member will bring around a tip jar to each individual to pressure you to tip for mediocre service. Last, the transportation services gave no information on how I was getting picked up, & given it was a 5pm departure for a 2hr ride when returning the offices were closed. In my opinion crew/staff did a poor job on communicating how/where the driver would pick me up. All in all, the ride was nice but boring & the staff are completely unprofessional this was a waste of time/energy.
