Incredible Whale Watching Experience in Cabo - We were visiting Cabo on a cruise and booked Whale Watch Cabo the same day. Finding it was a little tricky since TripAdvisor lists it as “Small Group Whale Watch,” but once we located the business everything went smoothly.
Dominica, our guide, and Hector, our captain, took excellent care of us from the start. As we left the marina, Dominica gave us a great overview of the bay, the rock formations, and the beaches along the way. Once we got out into open water, it took a little time to find whales but when we did, it was unforgettable.
We ended up with four whales circling, swimming beneath the boat, and staying with us for almost an hour. We even got to see a full breach. At times they were so close it felt like we could reach out and touch them. We wrapped up the tour at sunset, cruising back past Cabo’s famous arch, which was the perfect ending.
I highly recommend Whale Watch Cabo. It was a fantastic experience and easily the highlight of our day in Cabo.

Incredible - 5 stars!!! So fun! - This was amazing!! Saw 10 whales including one breaching - our guide and boat driver knew exactly where to go and when to go. We went in the early 8:30am time as we heard that the mornings the whales can be most active. And the ocean can be smoother at times. I’d recommend sitting on the left side of the boat as I sat on right side and missed some stuff. I guess it all depends on the whales and your boat positioning. I’d 100 percent recommend doing this tour though as it was 10 out of ten amazing!! Also note: bring a little tip money for driver/biologist. :)

Highly recommend this tour! - Victoria and Kevin were great guides! Would highly recommend this tour. We were able to see multiple whales. Boat was comfortable and the group size was great! Included photos are a great addition too!

Amazing experience! - My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Our guide/biologist Josephine was super friendly and super knowledgeable.. our captain and Josephine were able to find a solo male whale humpback thumping, and breaching. We also found a group of three humpback whales, one of whom went beneath our boat. Amazing experience! Boat also had a tarp which made it easier on the sun… Noticed other boat operators without tarps. I highly recommend this tour. It was worth every penny. We’ll definitely choose them again when we come back for another trip.

Magical!!! - This was an absolutely beautiful experience. It was our first time whale watching, and it did not disappoint! We were able to see humpback whales and it is a memory forever engraved in our hearts. The staff and team made this experience even better. They were friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and genuine. They have a true passion for what they do and it shows. I would definitely recommend booking with this company. Thank you for such an amazing time!

Best Whale Watching Tour Ever - Even though the official whale watching season does not begin until December 15th, yesterday’s tour with Whale Watch Cabo was the best one I have ever done out of at least 10 so far. There is a reason why this 10-year old company still has a PERFECT rating. They have earned it. From the check-in, to a very skilled captain in Alonso, and the best marine biologist guide in Josephine (Jo), they are true PROFESSIONALS. Add a beautiful sunshine day and humpback whales and dolphins that blessed my two co-workers and their first ever whale watching experience with up close and magical!

A great day with the whales - Our Waltour was a complete success. Our guide Payo has made the tour an unforgettable experience. We were here in December, so only at the beginning of the whale season - thanks to Payo we saw a lot of whales. She was also able to give us a lot of information about the animals, she was able to answer all our questions very expertly. In addition to the whales, we could also admire a turtle and sea lions on our trip. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the tour to anyone. Thank you Payo for the great trip, keep going 👍

Couldn't ask for more! - It could not have been better. The guide and boat captain went out of their way to make sure each passenger had the best experience possible. The guide was quite knowledgeable about the whales and marine life and the captain chased down the best observation points and angles. The small size of the boat and passengers optimizes everyone's viewing.

Saw a bunch of whales today - Saw tons of whales! Victoria, our guide, was very knowlegable. Everything was great except for the boat ride. Because the driver was going so fast, the boat hit the waves hard, which made the ride extremely uncomfortable on our backs. I think if he went slower, it would have been much more easy on our backs.
