10th Year with Juan Carlos & SushiTime - Fishing was tough for some in Cabo this trip, the water was cool and we have never seen the fish cleaning station that dead, but we caught fish every day, one of the few boats that did according to reports. The overall tally was 18 Roosters, a couple of JT’s, a few Tuna and 12 Sierra that are vacuum sealed, frozen and now resting comfortably in the freezer. Captain Mike worked hard for fish and a shout out to Captain Timo for putting us on fish every day and for his daily onboard preparation of Ceviche with our freshly caught Mackerel, it was just fantastic, another one off the bucket list!

Great panga fishing trip - The boat is small and room for 2-3 guest max. We had 2 and was plenty of room to stand up, move around, and take photos. We're avid ocean fisherman so the small boat and one captain was perfect. We caught some fish and our poor captain had to work for it. The weather was rough but we didn't mind, and he kept going without skipping a beat. If your not used to small boats in the ocean you should bring sea sickness meds. You can bring snacks, food, even a small ice chest if you like. We really enjoyed the small personal experience and will do it again next time we're in Cabo.

Highly Recommend - These guys were great from the start of the reservation. Sent me a map and instructions to meetup, gave options for box lunch, license and pickup. I just showed up and jumped on when they said to be there. We were fishing within 30 minutes and catching fish within minutes after that. The captain did a phenomenal job finding the fish and hooking them once found . We landed a Marlin well over 100 lbs thanks to the captain doing a great job

Great choice for a day of fishing - Always a fantastic time Juan Carlos & his captains work hard to get you on the fish. Have yet to be skunked with Sushi Time.

Meh so, so adventure - Could have been better. No canopy or shade on small boat. Seats not very comfy. Guide was nice but not very instructive. Gear was ok but far from new. Leader hook would just get eaten through by the fish so frequently we would loose the catch. Only landed one mackerel in the boat so ya. Don't book online. Go to the marina and negotiate your own deal, get a comfy boat as you'll be there for a while fishing.

Fishy - After we paid, they surprised us with another $74 bill to get on the boat, they should have up front pricing. The drive was great

Didn't catch anything - Didn't catch anything the whole trip. Boat captain was more interested in eating our sandwiches and chips than trying anything different to find fish.

Late, annoying, surprise fees - We showed up 5 minutes early and the captain didn’t show up with the boat until more than 30 minutes after the start time. During that time the guy that coordinates all of it told us that we had to pay an additional $74USD for bait and dock fees. When the captain did show up he illegally picked us up not in a dock spot (what was the dock fee for) he also dropped us off in a a dock spot that clearly wasn’t for his boat (which added to the confusion about the dock fee) We also stopped on the way out because he forgot to grab bait which made us almost a whole hour late to our fishing trip (don’t worry he made sure we got back at the originally agreed upon time… wasn’t late for that!) we proceeded to get a total of three bites for the entire journey but the set up he used allowed the fish to get bit on the end without a hook in it so we just pulled it back in with half of our fish missing (you’d think he’d put a hook through the end that keeps getting bit eventually) and a large portion of the time his buddies were on the radio screaming profanities in Spanish and making loud turkey noises. They will also ask for a tip for services regardless of how poor the service was. If I could go back I would much rather have spent more money on a better boat, captain, and experience. This wasn’t about not catching fish it was about not getting what I thought I was paying for.

Not true sport fishing - Boat is small, doesn’t really leave marina area, guide was friendly, but not helpful, I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness on the boat, water mixed with “things” on floor. I’m not expecting spotless but at least a daily clean would be good. If you’re looking for a small boat that does not go outside of eye view of marina, this may be your cheapest option. You can get a better experience walking the marina and booking with someone else. We paid 75$ on top of the 245$ for bait and fishing license (never got the license) and they ended up using plastic bait (squid jiggs). They had us jigging for hours and no shade. Will not be doing again.
