Excellentee everything very nice friendly treatment - Excellent treatment, very punctual and very friendly. I would definitely recommend it to my acquaintances, especially driver Sergio who was very punctual in picking us up at the hotel!

Great Day! - Unfortunately - i have forgotten our tour guides name. But he was an excellent skipper. He kept the boat stable, Gave both my kids tips on snorkeling. He as able spot and guide us into see multiple whales. The ceviche plate was excellent. I would highly recommend this tour. And a shout out to the crew and staff of Rancho Tours! Both of the tours we took were absolutely perfect. The staff was amazing, friendly, fun and new their subject matter. We look forward to coming back next year.

Rancho Tours and our guide Alejandro exceeded expectations! - While in Cabo last week my husband and I did a 3 hour pontoon private tour with Alejandro and it was magnificent! Alejandro was a perfect guide and the pontoon boat was really comfortable. He knows Cabo very well, was an excellent boat captain and customized our 3 hours to exactly what we wanted. We had a tour of Cabo from the water which was very interesting and educational. We saw the arches close up and he took wonderful photos for us. We got to snorkel in a beautiful area and he gave us food to feed the fishes. The snorkeling equipment provided worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Rancho Tours Company and Alejandro to anyone while in Cabo!

Girls Trip Land's End - We had the best girls trip ever!! Long enough for us to see 👀 Land's End and a few beaches ⛱ and jamming our tunes at the same time. Our Host was Amazing and I highly recommend!

Never again this agency - Disappointed. The agent was supposed to pick us up at 14:20 from the hotel. He arrived 20 minutes late. Driven fast. He was supposed to drop us off at the marina. Meet at the Check Point for departure at 17:30. And back 7:30. On the spot we are asked to move forward when we had booked for sunset. We agreed while asking to give us the time to visit the docks. The driver agrees to pick us up at 17:30 and we agree to advance the excursion. On the way back, at 16:45 Ernesto the guy from the Checkpoint refuses to give us time to visit the platforms. He's asking us to meet the driver. He was abhorrently unconciliatory. We did not have the expected Service and had to pay a taxi back. The same post will be put on all Viator Get your guide networks. ... And of course the Gran Fiesta America hotel will be informed. Booking for 4 people Private tour $550. 27 August

DO NOT BOOK - THIEVES - Despite having a confirmed reservation for this tritoon trip, with multiple "confirmations" sent to us, and with our credit card charged the full amount. no one picked us up at the appointed time. After calling to find out what was going on, they denied they had any pickups at our resort for this day. They finally found our reservation, and told us they had no boat for us - even though the reservation was in the system! To top it off, they then refused to refund our money, saying we had to do it through TripAdvisor. Lots of apologies, etc etc but bottom line - they have our money and provided nothing in return for it. That is the definition of a thief.
