It's a bit of a hike from... - It's a bit of a hike from the dock where you're dropped off from the cruise ships, but you can peruse the stores along the way; just wear plenty of sunscreen. Great experience and friendly staff.

Awesome Excursion!! - Wonderful experience! I cannot swim, so I was super nervous but Armando and the whole staff made me so comfortable! It’s so much fun and peaceful. Going up and then landing was very smooth! You MUST do this while in Cabo!

Recommend - This was so amazing, the staff were friendly and very very nice. The view was incredible and the atmosphere was so so beautiful. We would do it again and would highly recommend doing it… the pictures were breathtaking

Lied About Arrival Time, Then Didn’t Follow Through - I had been in contact with the vendor the morning of my scheduled tour and was told I needed to arrive 30 minutes early. I did, as instructed, only to find the location wasn’t even open yet. Six minutes after my indicated arrival time, I was informed the tour was cancelled due to weather. While I fully understand and respect safety concerns, it was disappointing that no mention of potential weather issues came up during our earlier communication. I waited another 14 minutes (20 minutes after my required arrival time) for someone to arrive so I could ask whether the tour might be rescheduled or if weather conditions were expected to improve. When I expressed frustration about being told to arrive so early when they weren’t even open, I was told that they intentionally tell guests to come early to “account for people who show up late.” In other words, they knowingly gave inaccurate information to control customer behavior. I find this extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, Viator initially told me the vendor hadn’t cancelled the tour at all and suggested I might have gone to the wrong location. I had to show Viator the vendor’s own messages to prove the cancellation. Even then, Viator said they couldn’t refund me until the vendor confirmed the cancellation. I went back to the vendor’s desk (still on-site) and asked why they hadn’t informed Viator. The staff member said she was “confused” and thought I still wanted to take the tour, despite having told me earlier it was cancelled for safety reasons. Only after additional back and forth did she agree to notify Viator. Later, the manager offered a discount for the next day’s tour and said they’d reach out in the morning with a weather update. That follow-up never came and I had to contact them myself. By then, I had lost confidence in the vendor due to the misleading arrival instructions and lack of reliability. I didn’t want to risk more wasted time and transportation costs. In the end, I booked a cooking tour instead and had a great experience. For clarity: I was not upset about the weather cancellation as the vendor repeatedly implied; I appreciated that. I was frustrated by the misinformation, poor communication, and lack of accountability. That’s what made this experience so disappointing.
