Don't pass this one up!! - It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. It's a family owned business who has a local restaurant. We also got a mole talk. He took us shopping to the produce store and the butcher shop. We also went to the tortilla factory where tortillas are made for locals, restaurants. There was just 4 of us so we went to a house which was set up perfectly for this experience. We made most of the meal which we got to enjoy. We also learned the correct way to make margaritas which we also got to enjoy.

Amazing experience! - This is such an amazing experience! You are in a small group setting with 6-8 people. You get to go to the local markets before you start cooking. Everything is hands on so you learn a lot. At the end you do get all of the recipes you made plus additional recipes. I would definitely recommend this class!

Enjoyable Time Cooking - We really enjoyed this cooking class. Got lucky and had only 5 in the class. Went to the market to pickup some of the items we needed.the cooking was held in a private home which made it feel more authentic. We made some really good margaritas . Then made Pico de Gallo, guacamole ,and some salsa. Our main entree was chili rellenos and enchiladas . We were not rushed and throughly enjoyed the afternoon with Catalina our instructor. I would highly recommend this event.
