- For safety reasons, cellphone and camera are not allowed, there is a photographer on the tour taking pictures that are for sale at the end of the tour.
- Weight limit: 274 lbs (140 kg) per person
- We recommend you to bring some extra cash for souvenirs, photos or drinks.
- Note: If you book as only 1 person, you will get a single ATV.
- Please Note: This is NOT a private tour therefore delays may happen during pick up/drop off transportation especially during traffic hour. If you don’t want to wait please request private transportation in advance.

Fun and adventurous - It was a great experience even thou everything was given clearly you still had some options that allowed you to pay more money, the pick up service was on time.

Cabo shenanigans - Extremely well ran experience. Everybody was super professional and timely. All the equipment was fantastic including the camel these guys pray a top shelf organization.

Exciting Visit! - We loved this experience! Seeing the camels, petting them - learning about some of them, and taking photos with one! And then the ATV ride - wow - that was the coolest! Our Guide was AWESOME !

ATV and Camel ride combo - Highly recommend paying the extra for private tour. They take extra care and allow you a little more freedom so you’re not as rushed. Over all. Very impressive place. Very clean and everyone was helpful and easy to talk to. The Views were beautiful from the beach to the dessert. Highly recommended.

Must do - Hands down must try experience. Our camel was a little crabby at first but got off and it was a great experience. We drove the UTV’s and wa able tp swap drivers

Bring extra money - They definitely try to up sale you when you get there. I’m 56 and not sure my back could have handled the trails in the base UTV. Our guide was great and made it informative and fun.

Overpriced - Overpriced for the amount of time spent. Utv ride was okay, camel ride was okay. Enjoyed learning about the camels.

Poorly constructed experience - This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The pickup was late, which immediately put us behind schedule. Our pickup was 1:00 but they didn’t show until 2:15. It took an hour to get there and we were forced to wait & tour with the 4:00 tour time. This set us back 3 hours from the initial plan. They didn’t drop us back off until 7:45pm. A whole day was taken away from us and we missed our other planned activities for the day. The tour was projected for four hours maximum. Once we arrived, we were surprised with hidden fees that were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
My card was charged $900, and we were told it would be refunded within 3 business days. It has now been over that time frame and the refund still has not been processed. This is extremely concerning given the amount charged.
We were also required to place our phones in a locker, which made the situation even more uncomfortable since we had no access to payment confirmations or communication.
Overall, this was a stressful and poorly managed experience, and I would NOT recommend this tour company. Transparency and follow-through were seriously lacking. Highly disappointed with Cactus Tours!
