Beautiful views with whale watching!! - Excellent everything from the guide to Gerardo!!! Very attentive to the safety of the group! We had the opportunity to see whales and enjoy all the activities 🙏🏻🙏🏻🐋🐫🏎️

Beach drive and camel ride - Worth every penny and Barrera was an amazing guide and was so patient especially with all of the pictures we wanted to take 😊The beach drive was my favorite along with feeding Paloma (the camel).

an excellent person the guide david Gomez was always attentive, in addition to his tips to enjoy to the fullest. - I loved the whole tour, I recommend bringing a good outfit for the camel photo, and something different for your 4x4 and the view to the Open ocean is something that would come back soon 🤩

So disappointed…… - I booked this for my family of 4 at approximately 1pm the day prior. I have booked many tours in the past and usually receive near immediate confirmation of the reservation. In this case I did not receive a confirmation. I waited until 7pm, still not hearing anything, though they had already charged my credit card $500 usd. I was getting anxious not knowing what time to meet the driver in the morning for our 11am reservation. I sent an email that was not answered until the next afternoon and finally got a response when I sent a “whats app” message around 7:30 pm. Upon arrival to the tour headquarters, we were upsold on a “private” tour, spending an additional $240. We were “allowed” to take our cell phones for this tour. Our guide Alberto was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Everything on the tour went smoothly. After returning to the tour headquarters, I noted what time it was. We had been out for little over an hour from start to finish. The camel ride is 20 minutes at most and the UTV ride was approximately 35 minutes. One hour of activity time, for $740!! Additionally a tip is expected- (for the guide and both transport drivers). I went back to the check-in desk and informed one of the agents that I was very disappointed with the short duration of the activities. I pointed to signage and advertisements that say “one hour” per tour. I was told, “ you’re right, the camels can only go for about 20 minutes at a time.” I absolutely can appreciate this, though they obviously know they are falsely advertising. The UTV course was exhilarating, though again only took us 35 minutes to complete. If we completed it in less than an hour, why not take us around again? Again, we were told from all the signage and advertisements that the UTV tour was “one hour.” Hindsight being 20/20, we would not have paid the extra for the “private tour.” Though we were able to have our cell phones, it is nearly impossible to get good pics or videos while riding the camel and UTV. Save your money and spend it at the end for the $149 usb with all the pics they take. Overall, disappointed by the company ethics and false advertising. The manager was gracious enough to speak with me before we left, he was understanding and offered more UTV time (though by this time we had already cleaned up and my kids wanted to swim at the hotel). Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I hope that is reflected here.

Racist experience with tour guide. - Had a horrible time here with the tour guide name Elroy or elio not sure what his name was. It first began when I drank a beer before the tour and the tour guide was going over the rules. He asked everyone to stand in front of the benches which I did and that’s when he accused me if bring drunk in front of everyone else in the tour. I let that comment slide because I wanted to have fun. My fiiance was pretty scared to drive so we switched about five minutes and the again the tour guide got pretty upset. We then stop to take pictures and I asked if there was a bathroom and he scolded me and told me use the hills. Instead of telling me the next stop had a bathroom. I began to drive and we get to the beach area with the carts. I veered alittle left because the person in front of us was a bit slow. The tour guide decides to turn around and proceed to hit my vehicle with his and scolded me again and made go to the front. We stopped so we can get to the camels and again the tour guide began to scold me and began to get aggressive. He decided to call security and tell security I was being violent and disrespectful to him in Spanish and wanted off the tour. He thought I didn’t know Spainish and I asked him when I was being violent and disrespectful to him? Which he could answer. I asked him if he did not like half people because he was trying to talk about me another guest there in Spanish who was also Mexican. And it seemed like there both trying to gang up on me and it felt like a pretty racist experience. After this I decided not to communicate with him and wanted to just finish the tour because we were very uncomfortable on this tour with this guide. We finish up with the camels and go back on the cart so I let my fiance drive to get rid of all the bad vibes. However, the cart couldn’t even turn on and had maintenance notice on. Ultimately, the photographer was the most talented person there he took amazing pictures.
