The Arc tour - Good experience. Our tour guides were fun. The pictures didn’t turn out so great so we didn’t purchase, that was a bummer. The clear “glass”boat is definitely a benefit for seeing the fish!

The glass bottom boat is... - The glass bottom boat is really cool. You can see all the fish below. The check-in process is very confusing. One would think you would go to the dock to get onto the boat, but NO you have to go to the office first to check in and wait for the guide and then go down to the dock. Also, when you book this, it says that it includes hotel pick up, but it absolutely does not include hotel pick up. So that is falsely advertised. Overall, it’s pretty cool experience, but I would rather avoid the rigmarole and just hop on a water taxi and pay the driver directly $20 to go out to the arch.

Arch is great! Purpose is to sell photos. - The Arch is incredible sight to see and and clear boat is great. The guide and the captain are fantastic, keeping everyone entertained, informed, and safe. It felt like the main purpose of the tour was to take individual photos in front of the arc while they rest of the group waited, and then they try to sell you the photos are extremely high prices. The price of the tour is cheap enough, worth doing to enjoy an hour on the water one day.

One and done! - One and done!. Photos were stupid expensive. Saw the fish for 5 mins, they were to busy taking photos, to sell them for 25.00 each.

Not Fun - I wouldn't say this was really a tour, it was more of an excursion on the water where they take a lot of photos to sell - we were with a family of 8 people and pretty much just sat around while they had their photos taken. The main 'guide' had them pose one after another for a good half of the trip, and we didn't see many fish.

Didn't work out - I wish I could give a review of this, but we did not get to do this. We were on a cruise ship that was supposed to Port at Cabo and we booked this tour through Viator. However, at the last minute our cruise ship did not go into Cabo San Lucas due to civil unrest. Extremely disappointed that viator is not working with us to refund us. We have used them many times and we're quite surprised that they wouldn't go the extra mile on this as this was totally out of our hands and not our fault.

Per website, all fees and... - Per website, all fees and taxes included with the price person. When I got to tour office the guy tells me it's not included and it's $2 per person dock fee. It's not much but when you are traveling with a big group it's a significant amount. I tried to show him that it's included but he won't listen. I feel like I got scam. And our tour guide was asking for tip at the end and I gave what I think is reasonable but he complained. So when my son was adding more the tour guide just took all the dollar bill from his hand and put it in the jar.
