Wave runner was not in the best condition but it was still fun.

I feel over the jet ski was fun. I had issues after the day I booked got canceled due to weather. Thats ok understandable. Then when I tried to get my rescheded appountment for the next day like soeone text me and said that it would be no problem. It was aproblem confiming my appointment. After about an hour working with the hotel concierge( Who was super helpful, four seasons) I finally got picked up. That was cool the driver was fun. But when I got to the area where you picked up the jet ski. I was told 40 dollar fo insurance, never though I would need it but he made it seem like if I didn't get it somthing bad can happen and i would be responsible. Ok for peice of mind I got it when in actually reality I was not alot near anything or anybody so I stayed away and stayed safe. But the thing that got be is he hit me up for 20 for the what was a supposed to be a free shuttle. I paid it because I he would not give e the jet ski if i didnt pay for that. I told him I didnt want a ride and I would get a taxi home. After the jet sking which was really fun. I when to get a taxi and the driver picked me up and never asked for a tip or charged me. I was defanatly charged for the free transpertation because I felt like I would not be able to ride if I didn't pay it. Guy at the table was a jerk. Thought he was slick but just felt like he was a scammer. So just be careful as I understand the hustle but to straight up lie is unproffesional and wanted to make sure people are aware.

We paid for 60 mins for two Wave Runner and only got 45 mins. This is not fair to the buyer and is a rip off. Please make sure that the time people pay for is given. I think we should be refunded the 15 mins that was not used. Our reservation was for 11:00 a.m. we did not get to use the wave runner until 11:10 because they were getting them together we were brought back in at 11:55 am. when we should have been brought back in at 12:10 pm

The staff was great.

The staff was 0 help and they were not accommodating at all. We had a schedule conflict for our booking time and when requested to reschedule for a later window in the day they did not help. Ended up wasting the reservation and booking fee.
