Our guides were amazing! They were so friendly and professional. Everyone who worked on 4/18/2026 at 3pm was incredible. The tour was beautiful and took us through the Hollywood hills. We saw some great views on some awesome horses. Highly recommend this experience.

Had issue getting to Ranch due to Get Your Guide posting wrong directions and we got stranded for a bit as Ubered there. Had to pay for another Uber and had a nice long walk. ;-) Our guide seemed annoyed the whole time. I'm sure dealing with tourists all day can get old.

I actually thought we were going to ride by the actual sign. The advertisement was a little misleading. The guides were a little rude and not as friendly as the reviews were.we had to guides their names were Charles and Jammie I think

Mediocre experience, barn/horse area was not clean. The trail ride itself is boring, you’re just sitting in a horse and going in a line. I hoped the guides would talk to the group and tell us about what we were seeing, describe the landscape or something but it was just silent. They also didn’t seem like they knew too much about the horses. Trail is full of poop and unclean, so you’re smelling poop while trying to enjoy the views. It’s definitely not terrible, but not great.
