Perfect for Lovers of True Crime and Paranormal - One of the better true crime and ghost tours I have been on in the US. We went as a big group and Jay was so entertaining and informative. I love how he brought a sense of humor to the tour that kept it engaging for all of us. Fascinating to see the darker side of old Hollywood. I would definitely do this again.

One for the True Crime and Ghost story lovers - The "Ghosts of the Golden Age" walking tour with Jay was fantastic! Jay’s deep knowledge of the area's history and true crime stories brought the past to life. His engaging storytelling made the tour both informative and entertaining. A must-do for history buffs and fans of spooky tales!
