Our tour guide and driver was Jeff, and he was top notch. He had us entertained, informed and was firm about punctualit - Jeff had stories about what we saw, asked for interaction, and knew how to handle tardy arrivers with tact. He made the trip pleasant and fun. The three stops we made were well planned, varied, and just the right time length.
The two hour homes tour was not as enjoyable. Our guide just pointed out where some people live, or used to live. There were very few anecdotes, at times he was hard to understand, and many times the location of a place he was talking about was vague, like “over by those trees” or “up on that hill”. Many times I could not find or see what he was talking about, and I do pay attention! I would suggest some investigation of places or stories that would make what we were seeing more interesting.

Tour with Chad - We loved this experience. There were many sites along the way. Chad was an excellent tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! I would have liked more time at the Farmer’s Market and less at Santa Monic Pier, but folks have different tastes and we loved the tour regardless!
Viator advertises this tour as a 7.5 hour tour. It is 5.5 hours and Mulholland Drive is not on the tour as advertised. Although we were very happy with the 5.5 hour tour this needs to be updated on the app.

Wow! What a great tour! - The tour was great. Shane was a great tour guide with very detailed facts! We went to beverly hills, saw the hollywood sign and rodeo drive and even the hotel from pretty woman!

Worth the trip - A good way to see many parts of LA, so it was 2 hours well spent for our first day in LA.

Fun! - We had fun! The trip was informative and hit all the highlights of LA. Tour left on time. Driver was friendly. I enjoyed stopping at the Beverly Hills sign for a little break.

Colin G for your tour guide - From the moment we met Colin G our guide we could tell it was going to be a tour to remember. He was funny and loved the guest interaction, he respected the homes and places we visited . Colin was super knowledgeable and cracked a lot of funnies. He made the tour so worth it , his timings were spot on . Thanks Colin for a great tour from the Brits on the back seat

Stressful Experience - The stops at the Santa Monica Pier and The Farmers Market were overwhelming. They are fairly large places and bus drops you off quite a ways from the entrance. The bus driver gives you lots of suggestions to ride rides, eat funnel cake, or eat at a restaurant but it’s not feasible under the time limits. I had 3 small kids and 2 people over 60 trying to make the long walk back from the Santa Monica pier to walk along the beach and cross the busy street. I did not appreciate the bus driver threatening us for being 5 minutes late especially when we actively making our way back to the bus. Also I would not recommend using the parking garage they have on their website. It is the sketchiest parking garage I have ever been in and I’m from a very large city. Use the parking garage directly across the street. The one great thing I loved about the trip was going to observatory.
