Great Tour Guide - I had a few hours to spare on my business trip and wanted to see a few sites in Los Angeles from someone who is local and will drive. This was a great solution. The tour guide was knowledgeable about the spots and gave good narrative while we drove around town.

I enjoyed the tour around... - I enjoyed the tour around the city. The driver was very through. We had a private tour. I only wish I had been notified ahead of time that we would be the only ones on the tour. He made sure he explained everything

Half day tour with Chellsee - Chelsea, the busdriver and guide was informative, funny and in short an amazing guide.
I would highly recommend taking this tour at the begining if your trip, to get a taste of Hollywood and I suggest going back to the placed which stood out for you.

Interesting - We enjoyed the conversations with the driver, but we felt he shortened our trip although he said it was because traffic was light.

Decent drive by tour - Decent tour, guide was funny and informative. Drive by only. If you're on right side of bus you miss a lot of photo opportunities

Not as expected - Experience was not what we expected.
Our tour guide was nice but we were picked in his old personal truck and drove around the city with the windows down.
He did stop to take our picture quickly by the Hollywood sign, but that was the only stop despite the disruption showing more stops. Very misleading , but I guess we did get to see Hollywood.

The route lacks formality - This tour is somewhat informal as we were given it in a private van. Not on the tour trucks. The guide had a chance in the Spanish language. I wouldn't take it again. Choose a more touristy one.

What a con - We’re not at the pickup place up place as planned. Refused to refund money when it was their fault

Couldn't see - I couldn't see anything. I sat in the front seat, and my view was the area between the roof of the van and the top of windshield. I spent $80+ to see the interior of a van. It is the job of the company to make sure that EVERY passenger can see the landscape at least 80% of the time, not 0%. Thankfully my husband took pics of things because by the time we drove past something, it was a blur. Because I couldn't see anything, I watched the driver drive. Driver needs a handsfree mic. Also, driver needs a Playlist so he stops driving and being on his phone at the same time. Illegal U-turns. Started late. Advertised as a 2.5 hour experience. Not that long. The stop to take a pic of the Hollywood sign was NOT in a safe location. Meaning the only way to get a decent pic was to stand IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY ROAD. NOT recommending this tour company.
