Experience a true working farm! - We really enjoyed the experience and loved hearing about the shearing and seeing Banjo the sheep dog in action. It was a very well-done tour.

a true outback experience - I can highly recommend the hotel Outback Pioneers “the stables”. Here you can have a real outback experience with a high level of comfort. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the furnishings in historical style. You should plan several days in Longreach and the surrounding area, as there is a lot to experience (the river cruise, the outback dinner show, the nogo station sheep farm, Cobb & Co Stagecoach experience and much more). When I was there even the great Australian cattle drive started from here and the Longreach Show took place at the Longreach Showgrounds. The Kinnon family was so nice to me that I never felt like I was traveling all alone. I found a great cowboy hat in the station store opposite as a memento of my eventful time in Longreach. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Even the very friendly airport transfer was included. Tina (italian tourist)

First rate ! - This was a fabulous tour to Nogo station. Our tour guides were terrific. Jeremy provided an entertaining and very interesting insight into the sheep and cattle industry in the station’s shearing shed. We then travelled by Coach around the property and saw a wide variety of wildlife including kangaroos, emus, camels, wild donkeys, lizards, and the highlight; feral boars and piglets! The tour ends with a perfectly brewed cup of leaf tea and bushman’s lunch which was delicious. The impressive attention to detail from this company makes this a very comfortable and first rate tourist experience.

Well worth it - One of the best talks I have been to in years. Gives you a real feel for what it’s like to live on the land, both now and in the distant past. Shearing shed talk was up first and then an open top bus tour of the farm with a lunch set amount the trees. Just a great morning out.

A great tour for all ages - A great look into life on an outback station in Longreach. Jeremy is an amazing tour guide giving us an onsite into his life on the land. A fantastic tour and an extremely yummy smoko. Jeremy even gives you tips on cooking different cuts of meats and lets you know where you can get good quality merino clothing, cook books and stuff. Where else but his mum’s store in town.

Must do NOGO Station - Massive property, terrific and entertaining explanation on the workings on the station. Double decker bus with audio headphones, viewing goats, donkeys, emus, cattle and sheep plus a few wild pigs. Lunch included a tasty and fresh roast beef sandwich, apple cake and tea. Great insight into the daily life of a shearer.

Amazing! - Amazing insight into the running of a sheep station. Our guide was very down to earth and entertaining. The double decker open air bus ride through the station was amazing, we saw so much wildlife along the way. To end the visit we sat down to a delicious packed lunch and cuppa. Highly recommend!

Nogo Experience, Definitely Yes Go! - Right from the pick-up it was interesting to hear the stories of the outback. We got a history of the town and landmarks were identified on the way to Nogo Station. I was not expecting the lunch pail and billy tea, which was great! I would definitely recommend taking this tour. You just can't get all that history wandering on your own, definitely the local input is worth it!

Informative - Very informative, the station owners and guide were very knowledgeable and communicated well. Fortunately they were shearing when we did the trip, if there was no shearing the experience would have been a bit light on.
