We barely saw anything, which is no one's fault, but the ads are misleading. Also, our tour guide, though very nice and informative, gave no instruction initially on the SUP's to my husband and daughter, who were beginners. Only after they were struggling mightily, did he stop and give them some tips. Several times they were left behind, even out of sight of the group, while he hung out instead with the cute 20 somethings who were experienced SUPers. He would stop and wait for him if I asked him too, but I feel like that should have been instinct to do so. We wouldn't do it again, but the mangroves are an interesting feature of the island.
