Viator is the Best - Everything worked out perfectly. A wonderful experience, we entered exactly on time, received our audio equipment and t.he tour was excellent. We followed the audio through the Abby and felt like we received the information that helped us understand the history

Must see… - Beautiful, historical tour… audio guide allows you to move at your own pace. Note even though you have a ticket with a time, you still have to queue, which did take some time. Plan to arrive well before your appointed time.

If you get the chance, I'd love to join you. - It was the day I entered the country and I couldn't make it to the tour, but I went to see it from the outside. Standing alongside Big Ben felt very majestic.

At our time 1400 hrs,... - At our time 1400 hrs, plenty of people. Audio assist with tour and explanation . It is a site to visit with plenty of English history.

Great except for wait times. - Even with an assigned entrance time still had to wait in line for an hour. Well worth it but if you are on a tight schedule be warned. Audio guide excellent and you go at your own pace.

Dirty toilets - Historic place but the toilets were not clean and there were cows everywhere. It was ok with audio guide but the information was somewhat limited
