Amazing - Really good to get close and appreciate the amazing art and architecture. We had a bit of a queue to get in despite prebooking but well worth the wait. The extra charge for the gallery was also worth a visit giving a bird's-eye view of the cathedral as well as additional art and history up close.

A worthwhile tour of the changing of the guard! - Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took us to a number of sites in the area and also took pictures for us. We had some nice views of the Royal Guards at different points in the changing of the guards process. Well worth taking this tour.

Entire history of England in one place! - It’s like the entire history of England in one building. It’s a do not miss for sure! It has it all, graves, tombs, sculptors, gothic architecture, Kings & Queens galore! And that old Coronation chair is there too!

A superb building - A magnificent building worth visiting. However, the audio guide dwells a little too much, in my opinion, on the royal family side, and not enough on the characteristics of the abbey, its construction, its dimensions, etc. However, it remains a must in London.

Mistepresented - This was entrance to Westminster Abbey. It was not made clear that we had bought vouchers not tickets, so had to queue in freezing temperatures for 20-30 minutes. Buying direct I now know would cost the same. You added no value.

Disappointed - I booked this trip on the wrong date by accident. I contacted Viatour the very next day to request a change to the correct date. They charged me $75 and refused to change the date or provide a refund. I am so disappointed in their lack of empathy and understanding and will never book with Viatour again.

Unable to go due to illness - We didn’t go. I was meant to go with my sister, but unfortunately she took ill, and so we couldn’t go. I did email Viator to ask if we could move the tickets already paid, to another date. I was told no we couldn’t do that. We were so disappointed
