Professional drivers, dressed in uniform, will pick you up from your hotel reception between 9:45 am and 10:45 am in London city center, or between 11:00 am and 11:30 am at Heathrow hotels. The precise pick-up time will be confirmed upon booking.

This shared transfer service utilizes executive MPVs/Minivans, accommodating up to 4 passengers with a maximum of 2-3 pick-ups per vehicle, ensuring a comfortable and efficient journey. In 2026, the capacity will increase to 6 passengers.

Passengers will be dropped off at all Southampton cruise terminals, directly at the ship, where porters will handle your luggage. The scheduled arrival time is between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm.

This service is offered on all dates when Royal Caribbean, Oceania, NCL, Celebrity, Princess, and Disney cruise ships are in Southampton. Passengers on other ships can also use this service if their arrival dates and times align with those of the listed ships. Please be aware that you will need to arrange your own transportation from the ship we are servicing on that date.

• At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: hotel name & ship name
• On select dates, due to large events taking place in Central London we may not be able to offer certain drop offs. We will contact you when we receive your drop off location if this is the case.
• Infant seats must be requested in advance
• Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each).
• If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship.
• Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold. Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.
• Dates in 2026 will have a maximum of 6 travellers
