Fun day out. - Really enjoyed our time there my child loved it. Lots of great attractions. My only complaint is little areas where you need to pay more and they are not really worth it for example the wind tunnel it is just a giant hairdryer.

Sea life review - It was clean and a good environment. The staff were kind, very knowledgeable. One of the enclosures were closed, and they never told us! I would say it's worth it to the VR headset. The prices were only alright, to be fair. The gift shop toys were good. Nice to support a good cause

Great place but overprice - It is a great place to visit while in London, my Parents and my son enjoy it so much, especially since he is so obsessed with sea life creatures (sharks, fish and turtles). All family members enjoyed every glass panel over looking at the fishes. We went in December, there was not so much queue and pretty roomy for everyone. They do have a pram/stroller park, where you can store your stroller, they are being attended by security (I won't recommend leaving any valuable though). NOTE: You should book in advance rather than booking on the same day. Although we all enjoyed coming over, the price for the entry seems overpriced. Per Adult is £40 and children age 2 and up are £36, these prices are so excessive, due to the price you won't go and visit again. It is like 1 visit after 3-4 years. They should try to re-check the pricing especially the ages of the children. We were 6 adults and 2 children (3 years old and 2 years old) - we paid almost £300

There is nowhere to leave... - There is nowhere to leave your coat or any bags, so exhausting to go round the place as it is very warm. Also very slow in school holidays, as there were a lot of people. But the kids loved it!

Too many people - A little disappointed .First too many parents with prams they were holding the kids so the prams were just left around . So had to navigate your way past them . Had to move quicker than would have liked because of this. So left feeling disappointed glad didn't pay the full price

Not what you expect at all!! You assume there will be walls of tanks ceiling to floor it is not like that!! - You are really seeing the same tanks at times from different places. It is not a wall of tanks floor to ceiling with fish which is what you think it is!! Some nice fish but nothing you cannot see in other places better than here. The odd smaller shark but again you can see these in a lot of other places much better than here. 4 of our party were desperate to see this and they were completely disappointed with it!!

Be careful when buying tickets - Be careful when buying tickets. We went there to see the penguins but the attraction is closed for renovation. There was no notice for this. My kid was crying all day because she was promised to see her favorite animals. If we knew that we would go to the zoo instead. I complained but there was no solution. Closing such big attraction with no warning whatsoever. We felt cheated and robbed.
