Fun was had in London - My TopView London sightseeing bus tour was a fun, flexible hop-on hop-off experience, covering Big Ben, the London Eye, and Tower Bridge on comfy open-top buses. The audio guide was informative. Booking was easy, but bus frequency varied, and service ends early at 6pm. For £35, it’s a great way to see London’s highlights, though waits can occur. Highly recommend for first-timers!

Great tour - We got unlimited hop on and hop off for the whole day. Seeing the Big Ben up close from the open-top deck felt surreal, and we stopped for snacks nearby before moving on

Boat hiccup, but great time was had by all - Great time had a little boat problem which they ok about an hour to resolve, but overall definitely got our money's worth. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Mixed feelings about your bus - It started off ok we did the redline had to switch buses because audio was not working but got a live guide and she was great . We got off at 27 for lunch and then went back to same spot to do blue line had over a ;5 min wait . The woman at that stop came back from lunch and proceeded to argue with me that we had not been waiting that long because her lunch was 30 mins like don’t argue I know how long I waited . I’m not sure why you even offer the blue it was horrible the bus driver kept stopping for 5 mins or longer and getting off and walking around and then he comes up and tells us he will be at the next stop for 5 mins and I said we need to get back to the red line switch and he left and took us to what looks liked a hub gets off and says anew driver will be there in 10 mins and left us on the bus there . Because of his nonsense and there was no traffic we missed the last Thames river tour so I paid for that for no reason and am very disappointed. Some drivers were fine but others wanted to argue . It’s says you can do the blue line in an hour. We were on it for over 2 and a half . So what could have been a great experience when downhill very quickly after we got off at stop 27. Mins you other companies had multiple buses that kept showing up

Do your home work and stay away from this company. The lack of communication between staff and misinforming we’d site 👎 - Unfortunately I am unable to give a good review about this shambolic hop on hop off bus service. Firstly I have only myself to blame since I should have done my own due diligence and looked up reviews first. But thinking that competition is fair and with all the other business looking for my money I thought wrongly that they would be legit. They lads at Westminster bridge that i bought the tickets off were very convincing but not up front with the information needed. My wife and two sons of 8 and 10 were looking forward to seeing the sights of London which we did see some of but the lack of communication between the bus drivers and the river cruise drivers was nothing short of a joke. None of them knew the correct time that the last boat left either port. And the website sight that the last sailing was 6.30. When got to the port at the Tower of London at 5.30 and it was closed. I can’t blame the drivers since I take it if they had the information they would have given it to us but they knew nothing about when was the last bus running so we had to get a taxi back to our hotel at 6.30 since this hop on hop off didn’t seem to run after that.please do your homework and stay away from this company.

Horrible narrative and deserted us on the other side of London!! - We got tickets at 3:30 to dlhop on and do one circuit around London. The narrative was horrible and minimal. The worst though was the bus announcing they were done for the day and left us on the other side of London with no connection available. For this much money I expected more than a 1 way ride across London!!

Catastrophically bad - Absolutely inadequate, 2x we were asked to leave the bus. The driver pointed to an oncoming bus and the second time we had to take the subway to get back to our hotel. An absolute cheekiness, as the whole thing was not exactly cheap. From other providers buses came regularly to the provider topview we had to wait forever. Absolutely not recommended!

Avoid. Drivers need some training! - Avoid these guys. The driver at 10am at Tower Bridge stop on 21st September has zero customer service ethos. He didn't pull in at the stop and drove straight past us, shrugging his shoulders at us when we waved. The other providers also have more buses and consequently there is less waiting around.

Terrible service - Absolutely terrible. Buses were very infrequent. Should have gone with City Tours or Big Red Bus. Was sold this by a representative at the bus stop number 7. If you want my advice don't buy a ticket.
