Tower bridge views - Crossing the Tower Bridge on the top deck was the highlight. The splendid views from the Thames at sunset was breathtaking. It felt like a postcard come alive

Very informative and interesting! - I enjoyed the London tour, visiting the London Zoo, Madame Tussants, London Eye, and had a cruise on the Thames! I look forward to another visit!

Highly recommended package - We hired him on our first visit to London, a little except... But it proved to be a very good option: bus route with a good frequency and walking routes with a guide. Special mention to our guide Sophie 😊

Great! - My friends and I had a great time with the bus tour, the parks and palace walking tour, the Jack the Ripper walking tour and the boat ride. All of the employees were great. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable.

Mediocre - The Bus is very slow and it takes 2.5 hours or more to make the loop. They also never announce where you are at or what stops you are at. Several people were lost or getting upset and left the bus. Honestly I barely used it Bcz it was easier and faster to walk. The bus drivers were very nice and professional though to me.

Worst bus line in London - Don’t waste your money or time. This company is quick to take your money, but not quick to maintain stops or provide customer service. They are focused around large Muslim groups who take over the buses and chat hate speech.

Horrible experience on this sight seeing bus. - This bus company is the worst - Topview. Do not book this company! They run every 1 hour, NOT every 15 minutes as advertised! You have a better chance at the other bus company. In Addition, it is Sunday and the bus is not running after midday. This was NOT told to us. Tourists beware of this company. They are the only ones that had representatives standing close to my hotel. We bought the 48 hours pass. Since the busy is not working at this time of writing the review (1242 pm). We have to spend additional money to go on another sightseeing tour. They also stop working around 6 pm, every day. The other sightseeing buses stop working at around 9 pm. I wish, I could have given them a 0/5 for the review. This company - topview sightseeing bus in London is a scam and a fraud to tourists. Please investigate them !!! Lastly, I am so upset. I need to add this….. if you want to sit on the upper part/open area of this sightseeing bus; it is very hard to; due it running every 1 hour; which makes it very crowded. I wish, I can get a refund !

Use any other bus service. - Buses were few and far between. All of the other lines had multiple buses while we waited at least 20-30 minutes for ours at each stop. Would not use. Bus stops not as clearly marked as other lines and app does not work well.

3rd Rate - Look at all options! - Terrible service - less busses than any of the 3-4 main competitors. Long waits. No app to track when busses are coming. Audio is weak and doesn’t warn of all upcoming stops. We saw their busses broken down. Driver ended his day and didn’t even know we were up top, so we missed our stop. Basically a 3rd rate outfit compared to the other options.

Don't do it... - Of all the options you have for hop on/off buses, DO NOT PICK TOP VIEW. Every time we went to a stop, we were directed to a different stop because that one was closed. When we did get to a working stop, we waited over 30 minutes while watching multiple other bus companies come and go. We bought a 72 hour pass and so far, after 48 hours, we've been on the bus 2 times. We just give up and find a different way because who wants to waste time on vacation waiting 30 + minutes at every stop. The worst experience
