A professional driver will collect you from your hotel in central London and take you to the Warner Bros. Studio in Leavesden. At the end of your visit, a return transfer to your hotel will be provided.

The return pick-up time must be arranged in advance with the supplier, and it is advisable to schedule it at least 15 minutes after the tour concludes to avoid extra waiting fees. The journey may take up to 90 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Please be aware that entrance tickets to the attraction are not included, and it is highly recommended to purchase your tickets in advance on the official Harry Potter studio website. We offer a round-trip transfer service only.

When booking the transfer, please inform the supplier of your admission time by completing the “note” or “special requirement” section so they can recommend a suitable pick-up time. Alternatively, you can specify your preferred pick-up time. Providing a mobile phone number with the international dialing code is also helpful for communication, especially during pick-ups at King’s Cross Station.

If you prefer to be dropped off at a different location in London other than your hotel, this can be arranged.

For passengers requesting a pick-up or drop-off at Heathrow Airport via the Harry Potter studio, an additional £20 (or the equivalent in USD or EUR) airport charge is required, payable in cash directly to the driver.

Please be sure to have your access pass (either a physical ticket or digital copy) with you and inform us ahead of time of your scheduled arrival at the attraction so we can propose a collection time from your lodging. Please note that this is solely a transport service. Admission tickets to the studio must be purchased from their official website before acquiring this private transport service.

The cost of this transport service is per vehicle, not per individual.

• Please note: you must pre book return pick up time with the supplier. Last minute time changes may not be possible.
• Waiting charges: 15 minutes free waiting time from the schedule pick up time. There after £15 for every 15 minutes. Waiting charges are payable to driver as a cash payment.
• Admission tickets to Studio must bought in advance. This is a transfer service only.
• If passengers requesting a Heathrow Airport pickup or drop off via Harry potter studio, They are required to pay £20.00(equal in US dollars or Euros) to cover Airport charges as a cash payment to driver on the day
• If you have a medical condition that the driver should be aware of or car sickness, keep your driver informed.
