A professional driver will pick you up from hotels in central London and take you to the Warner Bros. Studio in Leavesden. You will then be provided with a return transfer back to the hotel at the end of the day.

Return pick-up time must be pre-arranged with the supplier. It is suggested to arrange this for 15 minutes or longer after the tour ends to avoid any waiting charges.

Travel time may take up to 90 minutes depending on traffic.

Please note: Pre-booking your entry tickets well in advance is strongly recommended. This is a transfer service only that provides door-to-door service.

Entrance tickets to the attraction are not included.

Please inform us of your admission time to the attraction on your booking form by filling out the “note” or “special requirement” section so we can suggest a pickup time from London, or you can request your own pickup time.

It is best if we can have a mobile phone number with an international dialing code for the passenger so we can communicate during Kings Cross station pickups.

Please be sure to have your access pass (either a physical ticket or digital copy) with you and inform us ahead of time of your scheduled arrival at the attraction so we can propose a collection time from your lodging. Please note that this is solely a transport service. Admission tickets to the studio must be purchased from their official website before acquiring this private transport service.

The cost of this transport service is per vehicle, not per individual.

The London vehicle tax is encompassed in the cost. There are no hidden fees.

• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Please note: you must pre book return pick up time with the supplier. Last minute time changes may not be possible.
• Waiting charges: 15 minutes free waiting time from the schedule pick up time. There after £6 for every 15 minutes. Waiting charges are payable to driver as a cash payment.
• Admission tickets to Studio must bought in advance. This is a transfer service only.
• If you have a medical condition that the driver should be aware of or car sickness, keep your driver informed.
