Somewhat custom London tour - The most memorable part was being in London with my family. The Westminster Abbey was incredible! St. Paul’s Cathedral was beautiful. Unfortunately we spent a lot of time in traffic with a driver who hadn’t been on the job very long and didn’t speak English. The vehicle was an old minivan that had the check engine light and oil lights on. It was extremely dirty. The tour guide didn’t seem to understand that it was a customized tour. I told him three times where we wanted to go for lunch, and he took us into a restaurant right next door to the one we wanted to go to. I had to ask about the restaurant I wanted to go to, and he said it’s Nextdoor. He discussed his views on political things as well as spent the last hour showing us his movies he’s been in and celebrities he knows. He dropped us off a half hour early. It was disappointing because we used Viator for our tours in Paris and Rome and they were so much more organized and worth the money. I will think twice before using Viator again.
