• All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
• Tickets are valid within Central and East zone (between Battersea and Barking Riverside piers).
• Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
• Please present your printed or e-ticket at any of Uber Boat by Thames Clippers piers (within East and Central zones).
• Only certain models of mobility scooter can travel on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers vessels. Whilst some mobility scooters will fit, some are too large. Please contact Uber Boat by Thames Clippers directly.
• You can get on the boat and travel at any of our piers between Central and East Zone (Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside).
• Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking for a single (one-way) journey from anywhere between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside.
• Boarding is based on a first come first served basis
