The London Eye - The London Eye was truly an unforgettable experience! The queue was a bit long, but once we got on the wheel, the view was absolutely breathtaking. You can see all of central London — the Thames, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament all in one panoramic view. It’s especially magical at sunset when the whole city is bathed in golden light. I highly recommend it for first-time visitors to London — totally worth it!

Well worth the visit - Great experience, well worth a visit. We were super lucky with the weather and the skies were clear so could see for miles! Really good view of the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Buckingham palace not the mention the rest of the London skyline.
Queue moved quick and the staff were really nice and helpful.

Panoramic view of London - We hadn't planned a visit to the London Eye in time, but thanks to the GetYourGuide app we were able, at the last minute, to take a beautiful tour with panoramic views of the British capital. A great experience for the whole family.

Worth the price - Better than expected. Quick entry. A bit an occasional clear skies. Well worth the effort. Views are spectacular! Highly recommend. A bit expensive.

Flight over London - On arrival I didn't know what to expect? I asked at the Booking Office where I should go and they helped.
One thing, I didn't enjoy was having my photograph taken prior to my flight. I was told it was necessary and everyone 'had' to fo it. I was told in front of a crowd of people,'thar only happy people are allowed on the LastMinute, com London Eye'
I was far from being miserable, I just did not want my photo being taken. I did not expect to be judged.
My actual trip on the Last minute.com London Eye was exciting from jumping on to the ride and fantastic views. Unfortunately last Friday , 9th the weather was low cloud and very dull. Still that and the photo palaver didn't spoil my flight.
Highly recommended.

Perfect - Brilliant experience. It was half term and the queues were massive, but join it at your allotted time and we only waited 5/10mins.
The kids (9 and 13) said it was their favourite part of our holiday and took at photo of it every day and every night as it was lit a different colour each evening.
I only booked it to introduce them to London at the start of our holiday and ignite their curiosity. I would highly recommend for first time visiting.

Tourist attraction in London - Had bought my tickets online much prior to my visit, and was definitely cheaper than a walk-in. The structure in itself is sturdy and solid looking. Views were poor as it was a cloudy and rainy day all along. Found it to be what I consider a one-time activity. Also, I did not find purchasing the photos at the counter worth it. Staff was efficient, and the long queues on a weekday were well managed.

Definitely not worth the money - We decided to do this at the end of our day and we booked for the £20 ticket that you could get if you entered after a certain time. We had our booking for 530 and it said we had to turn up the queue at 5:30. It was 515 and we were turned away and they said we’re only letting 5 o’clock people in. We then sat next to the queue area and about five minutes later they were letting everyone else in. I don’t think that’s fair sending people away and not long later letting more people in for the 530… the queue was so long, we were queueing for about 50 minutes. It did go quite quick at times., sometimes the staff were not that happy and had a bit of attitude… we did not get the photo because in all honesty we didn’t realise how long we would be queueing so we were running very short on time. Security check was quick and easy., we got into the pods and the thing is there is not much space and everyone is hogging all the areas so we couldn’t actually look at certain areas because everyone was hogging it the whole time, standing using their phones taking photos which is fair but for the whole journey it just seems like a waste of money. There are seats to sit on however people will be stood right in front of you looking out so sitting on the seat is a bit pointless unless you wanna pay to sit and look at someone’s back.. we were on there for around half an hour. The pod was clean to an extent. I don’t think it was worth the money to be honest.
