Toot and cruise a must - The Double decker bus was a good addition in between walking and the cruise. We caught the yellow line bus from Piccadilly square then made our way around. Each drop off we had to use our Google maps to assist and locate bus stops to get back on. Once on the bus there is audio pre taped commentary. They have earphones; you can reuse these. They have a map, marking out the landmarks, and you can download there app (but uses a lot of battery). Have a powerpack charger on hand. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise on The Thames. And the commentary on the top deck of the cruise was very pleasant and humorous - A must.

Wonderful! - Had a fabulous day with Tootbus taking us through the streets of London and the Thames River tour was a bonus! Our first time in London, thanks for making it memorable! Staff were very helpful and responded quickly with any of our inquiries.

Tootbus Rowen - Rowen was absolutely brilliant. We got a boat trip first, then the hop on hop off. I don’t think me and my son would have coped with our first trip to London without him advising and helping us. Fantastic experience. Rowen will go very far in life with his lovely attitude and the kindness he shows. Thank you Tootbus

Fantastic service - Went to London with my son for the first time. We had no idea where we were going or what to do. Feeling overwhelmed I approached Rowen who was just so so kind to us both. We ended up buying a boat trip from him. We made our way back to Westminster from tower bridge where I bumped into him again. I was stressed trying to work out how to use the tour buses. He really helped me and we bought a ticket from him. I am truly grateful to him. Rowen will go very far in life, such a kind and helpful young man. He made a first time stressful trip very enjoyable and my 10 year olds sons first trip to London was a success.

Poor - Terrible bus tour the audio is just appalling and quite frankly embarrassing as a British person. The music in between the awful audio was just weird. We went around in a few bizarre circles and audio didn’t match with the sights we were supposedly seeing with no clues as to ‘on your left’ or on your right’ just completely random. Don’t bother not worth the money

Don not book - 0 stars trip - Terrible bus tour the audio was rubbish with very few actual facts on London. There was more information on a made up story and random music than anything of actual use on a bus tour. The few facts or explanations of sights you got didnt even let you know where to look, simple things such as 'on your right or left’ would have helped massively. Do not waste your money on this trip. Really disappointed by this experience on what could have been an enjoyable afternoon with friends.

DO NOT RIDE WITH THIS COMPANY!! - Worst experience ever!!! Bus ended up driving straight into the back of an ambulance. I received 3 days of excruciating whiplash from the accident. They played me along even was emailed by the Iternational Sales Manager and said they were referring it to their insurance company. NO Contact !! Ruined several days of a paid tour!!!

Avoid! Miserable customer service - Absolutely miserable customer service. I bought the tickets for my young family (2 adults and 3 kids 5 and under), which happened to be during the VE Day celebrations. All of the stops in our vicinity were closed. On the app, a pop up alerted me to some of the closures, though not to the closure of the stop our family was using (which was also apparently closed). We waited at the stop for about 20 minutes only to eventually ask a different bus driver about the Toot Bus, which they kindly told us was not stopping there. I reached out to customer service for a refund because we were unable to use the tickets and they said that we should have essentially read the entirety of their website to know which stops were closed, despite THEIR APP taking us to the stop AND NOT TELLING US IT WAS CLOSED! It is baffling that a refund cannot be given for services we did not use because of a random event on a Thursday we should have known about as tourists (whom they market to). I did not get cold feet about using their service, they literally did not have a bus running within walking distance of our lodging. I am baffled why a refund is so hard to give when again, we did not use their services and a very particular set of circumstances (VE Day) prevented their buses to run appropriately. It is a very bizarre and disgusting flex for a company to take money from a customer that did not use their service (despite a valiant effort) on a day when there were clearly large scale changes to operations. An appropriate response would be something along the lines of, "We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We did list the bus closures on the website. We understand that the app still took you to the bus stop despite it being closed. We will issue a one time refund because of the one off celebration that caused service disruptions but would recommend not buying the tickets until getting on the bus in the future or reading our website top to bottom for closures before purchasing online."

To flee - Very bad experience! Arrival at St Pancras station, wait 1 hour before having a bus going to the center. Normal according to the company (well read everything written in the site before buying). Cruise on the Thames is ONE WAY! So don't expect to come back to where you went. OK it's written somewhere on their website but it's not obvious! So, waiting for a bus back. Unfortunately, there was a demonstration that day, on their website it was mentioned that the green line bus would run at 6pm, ok for our return to the station from stop 39 except that.. on arrival it said: CLOSED TODAY. We had to take a very fast UBER to not miss the Eurostar! I made a complaint but they are convinced that the bus stopped at this stop at 6pm and 7pm. What bad faith!! I don't know, but I'm reading the big picture that the stop is CLOSED, I'M NOT WAITING stupidly. There were 9, over 300 euros for groups. TAKE THE OFFICIAL TOUR!!! 1 day wasted by Tootbus 😡
