Just a heads-up: be sure to arrive on time. There are multiple lines depending on your time slot, so planning ahead makes a big difference in how smoothly things go. A Must-Visit London Attraction! incredible - Madame Tussauds London is absolutely incredible! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by how realistic and detailed the wax figures are. It truly felt like we were meeting celebrities, world leaders, and cultural icons all in one place. The layout is fantastic — each section is immersive and perfectly themed, from the glitz of Hollywood to the elegance of the Royal Family. The Marvel and Star Wars experiences were personal highlights — so interactive and fun! There’s something exciting around every corner. The staff were friendly and professional, and the whole experience was smooth, well-paced, and engaging. Whether you’re a tourist or a local looking for something unique to do, Madame Tussauds London is a brilliant choice. The photo ops alone are worth it, but the whole atmosphere makes it a truly unforgettable day out. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great service - Best service - ever! Arrived a little hour 'too early' and the long queue was scary for a walking trouble like me. The staff took me and accompany under the arm and followed me in immediately. And they followed us from floor to floor. Therefore, a walk through the Tussaud labyrinth became a huge pleasure. The staff are simply so nice and helpful and their service level is the highest level.

Amazing family experience at Madame Tusseads! - It was an amazing experience! At Madame Tussauds in the beginning, I was not very excited with the variety of the statues but later on the experience was fantastic, the taxi cars and the horror section and the marvel area! The kids loved it too!

Goog experience - An excellent experience, even though there were a lot of people visiting at the same time, it was a pleasant experience. The people are respectful.

Nice visit during a short trip to London - As a combi ticket only for £10 pP more, I think this is a fair price as it was a nice experience and some cool pictures resulted from our visit there. Good thing is, it's very close to 221B Baker St ;) you get to have a circle tour around some stars in different poses like Abbey Road, the Royal Family, Shakespeare, Spielberg and so on. It took us 2 hours and we were actually not that slow, so plan with some time. Bad thing is, the photo prices with the Royal Family for £25 is quite high IMO

Contents of the combination fine, order not. - A strange combination! We had to start with Madame Tussauds first and then go to London Eye. I have no idea why the order is so fixed. On the other hand, it would have been better if we had taken more time with Madame Tussauds.

Good but some upgrades could be done - The museum is good, and we enjoyed the part about british personalities more than the part about fictional characters. The 4D experience may be fun for kids but is was a waste of time for adults.

Disappointed in comparison to previous visit - Booking a time slot is great as it reduces the time queuing but so many people there it really spoiled the experience 4D cinema great, spirit of London good but Chamber of horrors disappointing as very crowded so detracted from being scary at all Less wax figures than on previous visits

Great experience at Madame Tusseuds until the Spirit of London ride - We visited as a family of four in June and enjoyed walking through the displays and taking pictures. The kids didn't fancy the chamber of horrors section and thankfully it was signposted with a age recommendation and a bypass so that you didn't need to go through. Unfortunately after that you go straight to the Spirit of London ride. No signposting or information so we assumed it was a light hearted, fun ride and that there wouldn't be any scary bits. Unfortunately not the case. It was very loud and overwhelming, with scenes from the plague, fire of London and the Blitz. My daughter was very frightened and this ruined our whole visit. I spoke to a very polite member of staff and explained that there should be clear signposting and a bypass option. He said the ride had been assessed as suitable for all ages. But regardless of this, based on our experience, I think signage is important.
