Place of Princesses - This is basically just a ticket to the palace. I misunderstood that it was a tour because they had listed a meeting place at the garden gate. You only have to go to the palace entrance and show your ticket. Loved the palace, especially the parts about Princess Diana and her statue in the sunken garden.

Wonderful experience, Disabled Friendly. - My Daughter and I spent a lovely morning at Kensington Palace on Wednesday. We were supplied with a handset and headphones and this made our tour so much more interesting as we were given very valuable information . Loved the Jewels room and the Dress code collection and the gardens were lovely. The sunken garden, where Princess Diana’s statue is situated, was such a calm and serene area, even though there were many visitors! Our visit was made even more enjoyable by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the guides/staff in the Palace. I am partially disabled and the way I was looked after enabled me to visit all areas step free. I was taken through ‘secret doors’ to avoid the dreaded steps and guided towards lifts too. Every member of staff was so considerate and they really did make my day. Thank you so very much.

Amazing jewels and histrionic location - We also had tickets to dress codes so we saw several gowns and outfits including some that were worn by Diana. This was a highlight of our trip to London! Also the gardens are worth visiting.

Charming History and Love Stories - Lovely, unassuming palace to visit. Free headphone guides were helpful. The Kings and Queens rooms were interesting but Victoria's story was the most charming part, seeing her portraits and jewelry. James gave a talk in the final room about how she became heir to the throne which was funny and informative, he's a great storyteller. There was an older gentleman who gave a talk in the kings rooms about social etiquette and how ladies would use the bathroom (bourdaloues) which was interesting to hear. The gardens were accessible but I'd suggest going in the summer when it's all blooming and you can enjoy the cafe garden

Historic Palace with Strong Connections to Queen Victoria - Kensington Palace is easily accessible by public transport and is a fascinating place to visit. Queen Victoria was born here in 1819 and lived here until her accession to the throne eighteen years later. One part of the palace tour shows visitors how life was like for the young future queen. Visitors will also see the palace as it was in the William and Mary and Georgian eras. There is a small café on the premises that served good tea and scones. Allow yourself a half-day for Kensington Palace and the adjacent Kensington Gardens.

Good but pricy! - All the royal palaces are expensive but service is usually top notch and today was no different. Dress Code was worthwhile but felt quite a bit smaller than Crown and Couture. The exhibition about Princess Victoria was interesting and some of the state rooms stunning. Probably a bit overpriced at £25 but a good morning's entertainment.

Pleasant tour with audio guide - Interesting and well-constructed tour with an audio guide in French, even if it mainly concerns Queen victoria

Good, but should have something more about the royals from our era - It’s quite nice palace to visit. I visited during the day they said it was very crowded. However, it wasn’t too crowded, you could still have a look around calmly. The part about Queen Victoria’s childhood was my favourite. Try to catch up one of the talks given by the staff, especially James was great. However, the palace should have something more about the more recent royals who lived/live there, and not just about Queen Victoria. Also, it should be better stated when can you enter, before you buy your tickets. It’s about half an hour starting from the entry time in your ticket.

Just okay - It was a bucket list item, so I'm glad we went. There was no real focus on the younger royals. I understand if it's still a residence for some, but the tour area was quite limited. Honestly not worth the money unless you really, really want to see the areas where royals entertained 300+ years ago.

Kensington Palace - Nothing really to see here. We bought a ticket through the tour and it was less expensive to buy it on site. Did not get the value for the money spent
