Great tour of the caves and viewpoints! - Aryan was and incredible guide, showing me the caves, viewpoints, and dam - plus telling me all the background stories and history. He also recommended a great, authentic restaurant for lunch. Overall I had a great time and would highly recommend. Hassan, our driver, also did a great job - there was heavy traffic that day, but he got us through quickly and safely. Great job

Awesome Stay at Hyatt - I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Pune. The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcomed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. I especially enjoyed the dining options – the food was fresh, flavorful, and offered a great variety. The hotel’s overall ambiance is elegant yet comfortable, and the facilities like the spa, gym, and pool added to the experience. A perfect place for both business and leisure stays. Highly recommended!

Great tour even in off season - I did a one day trip to Lonavla in off season beginning of March. It was a very nice day with a pick up from Hotel in south Mumbai on time. Friendly and very safe driver took mit 2,5h trough the heavy traffic to Lonavla where we picked up a guide. he was also very friendly, very good english and had a lot of knowledge about the locations we stopped at. Since it was off season, everything was dry and no waterfalls were there. We did not all the stops in the list here but this was okay since we have seen everything intereseting, day was exhausting and with a way back of only 1h without traffic it was a long day anyway. After booking in viator I had to contact the tour providers one day in advance to clarify details and pick up location. Here I would wish to get contacted earlier by the provider.

A genuine experience and well worthwhile and excellent value. - Ruba was a great guide and made the whole experience enjoyable and worthwhile.
The laundry experience was fascinating and Ruba looked after us well on the Mumbai train network … we felt safe and subsequently used it again.
The slum experience was educational, confronting and very interesting. A bit of a must do if you want a proper exposure to real Mumbai given 39% of its population reside in its 2000 slums.
I recommend this tour as a genuine experience and Ruba helped us fully understand it but we felt safe throughout.
It was also great value for money.

Aryan made our day! - We had the best guide Aryan, who was so knowledgeable about the area and Mumbai in general, we learnt so many interesting things. He was so much fun and really made the whole experience special. And lunch was fantastic!

Good Interesting Trip - Quite a long drive out to the temple and caves but it was still interesting and informative - Our Driver Hassan and Guide Sahib kept us totally informed and were excellent throughout the tour - The temple caves and their stone carvings are incredible to see- The Countryside is probably better seen in the monsoon season but then you would have to deal with the extremely hight temperatures as well
All in all a good trip and good value made better by the very helpful Sahib and Hussain

So glad - Always wanted to go to Lonavla three hours out of Mumbai but a world away. Felt we were in the real India with the smells (fragrant) and the people so warm. A fantastic tour of the Elephant caves with a superbly informative guide. Long day but went in a flash. Amazing value for money

Trip to paradise - Our tour guides Aryan and driver Hassan were exceptional. Aryan’s knowledge of local conditions and his willingness to answer questions was very reassuring. They were friendly, polite and courteous. Stops were made at places of interest and the day out into the countryside was very relaxing. If you’re lucky enough to have Aryan as a guide, count yourself lucky.
Thank you Aryan for making this a most memorable trip for my wife and I.

Far from the city, with fascinating culture and scenery - It was a long but very entertaining day. I had a free day whilst in Mumbai and wanted to see something other than the city, so decided on this tour out to the Lonavala area. It took us a few hours to get up to Lonavala - at one stage we were stuck for an hour on the highway, with everyone getting out of their cars and trucks to chat.
The cave and temple are up a steep hill and are well worth the visit. So much work was put into carving the caves from sheer rock. I also enjoyed the dam and lookout spots, plus we went to a great local restaurant for lunch.
The dam level was fairly low and the grass quite brown, due to the time of year. It must be a very different site during or immediately after the monsoon - I would love the opportunity to do the trip again in the wet season.
Thanks to the team for keeping me entertained and informed throughout the day. I really appreciated the cultural insights and friendly banter. I would recommend to anyone with a moderate level of fitness and patience for the long drive.
