- Kilchurn Castle - A perfect spot for photography, this once-mighty fortress was surrounded by water on three sides. The English maintained a garrison here for over two centuries.
- Inveraray Castle - The renowned Inveraray Castle is one of the few still inhabited, serving as the residence of ‘The Duke & Duchess of Argyle’, who are also the Clan Chief of Clan Campbell. They occupy the top two floors, making it their Highland seat of power. The grounds, shop, cafe, and restrooms are open to the public free of charge.
