What a wonderful trip! - This was our second trip with Karlo and, again, was everything we could have asked for. A family of six adults, we were picked up from our accommodation and driven through the most beautiful countryside of Slovenia to Ljubljana where we were met by a colleague of Karlo, Milos. He showed us the highlights of this wonderful city with knowledge and enthusiasm, following which we had the opportunity to explore the city and have lunch. Karlo then drove us to the amazing lake Bled where we saw the castle and had time to relax, jog and swim before travelling home. Karlo could not do enough for us - informative and interesting history about Slovenia and Croatia, as well as providing us with snacks, water and pit stops when necessary.

Amazing trip with amazing guide - My wife and I and our 7 year old booked the trip with Karlo and it was the best decision we could have made. Karlo was first class from booking to saying goodbye. He communicated right away after we booked our trip (months in advance) and made sure we had his information should any questions arise. Pickup was straightforward and easy thanks to Karlo. He provided water and snacks. Along the road to our two stops he was easy to talk to and provided interesting background info about Slovenia and Croatia. He gave us a mini tour at each stop so we could get our bearings as well (we elected not to go with the separate local tour guide). He made sure our son had a great time too. Ljubljana and Lake Bled were amazing. Huge thanks to Karlo for his amazing service going above and beyond. I’d recommend him to anyone - single travelers, friends, couples or families.

The best of Slovenia, including the tour guide! - My tour guide, Karlo, from Bespoke Croatia, was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier, more knowledgeable person. His recommendations for activities and dining during my free time in Ljubljana were perfect! When I return to Croatia, I will not hesitate to hire him again.

Beautiful tour with lots of flexibility - This was our second tour with Karlo and we will book a third if we get the chance to return to Croatia. This full day tour was exactly as described with flexibility throughout as desired. We navigated rain to get most of the plan completed as best able. A second guide joined us in Slovenia which was a great touch to have a local expert.

Highly recommended - When we started our journey from Zagreb to Ljubljana, there was heavy rain and thunderstorm, thanks for Karlo we arrived Ljubljana safely.
We had a great time in Ljubljana old town, a short but detailed walking tour was given, then we enjoyed our free time and had a great lunch.
For Lake Bled, apart from enjoying the magnificent view of the lake from Bled Castle, we also enjoyed a coffee break on the lakeside.
Due to our packed schedule, once again we tailored our destination to Graz. We really appreciate the flexibility Karlo gave us. Highly recommended.

The best tour guide - It was a wonderful experience to visit neighboring country from Zagreb. This tour made us to do it easy and stress free. Lake Bled was so beautiful, and I enjoyed an original cream cake here. Our tour guide, Karlo was very tentative and responsive all the time even when I was still planning my vacation. Everything went smoothly and on time, and was so much fun.

10/10 - I would totally recommend this tour. Karlo grabbed me directly at my hotel with a very clean, modern and big car, filled with snacks and water for my tour. A very calm and good driver.
He is one of the coolest guys I have ever met. He is very patient, polite and knows everything from history to the characteristics of each location. We had very good talks about general stuff. Fluent english. In Slovenia we met a local guide (Milosh), very cool too! He explained everything from the town and both helped me to buy local things (bear meat!).
I was on a private/alone tour and felt extremely safe and confortable.
If you want to visit Slovenia from Zagreb in one day, that's the tour you should take!

Amazingly comfortable tour - Karlo was the best tour guide we ever met (and I meant it, after all those local tours in various countries), very kind, knowledgable and knows where to get the best štruklji! ;) Slovenia is very pretty and private tour offered us opportunity to stay longer at each spot, so we definitely recommend the tour!

Another Outstanding Tour with Karlo - Again, while late in reviewing our time in Croatia with Karlo, believe us when we say why risk having a so so holiday in this beautiful part of the world when you can book your experiences with the Best private tour company! I think part of the reason we dragged out writing this review is because everyone else beat us to all the best adjectives in reviewing how Karlo is the prefect host and guide. So if you really want to see Croatia get busy and contact Bespoke Croatia before they are completely booked up for 2024.
