Once you leave the boat, you will have to take the shuttle bus service to the city center and get off at the last stop that is on Via Cogorano, at the corner of the Plaza del Municipio. Your tour leader will be there wearing a blue shirt from the Shore Emotion team: "Shore Emotion Crew."

Perfect Pisa Tour - I was on a cruise, which requires taking the shuttle bus from the ship to the downtown Livorno "cruise terminal". Once there, Alice was absolutely wonderful. Easy to find. She was open, smiling, willing and professional. She made our visit to Pisa exceptional. On a long day in port, this 4 hour visit to Pisa is so easy and so perfect.

Leaning tour of pizza tour - Amazing tour with super tour guide. Lots of interesting information on the drive there and back and we were guided to the leaning tour with no problems. Our boat was late docking and the bus waited 1.5 hours for us would highly recommend this company for no stress visit

297 steps to the top of Leaning Tower of Pisa - More walking than expected, but totally worth it! Excellent guide and an amazing experience! Go to the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, you will not regret the view!!

Wonderful Pisa! - On our second day in port, we visited Pisa. The meeting point was easy to find, and we were guided smoothly on where to go and wait. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared excellent recommendations for local lunch spots and authentic gelato. We also enjoyed plenty of time to capture fun photos with the iconic Leaning Tower. Overall, it was a well-organized and memorable excursion.

Great Pisa Trip! - Great trip to Pisa! Our guide Alice (I think was her name) was lovely and friendly. She pointed out topics of interest during the drive, and made the meeting point and times very clear and easy to follow. Made our day very easy and stress free, thank you!

Well organized tour to visit Pisa. - Our tour guide Alice met us at the designated place with clear signage and a welcoming smile. She explained exactly what we were doing and what to expect. She constantly made sure everyone in the group was accounted for. She directed us effectively and was always visible, even when we were on our free time. She was full of interesting facts and anecdotes. I wish all tours were this thorough. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Dream come true - Tour guide was very informative, friendly plenty of time to explore.
Found most of the tour guide more informed than the tour guides that are booked through the cruise ships better deal.
