It takes about two hours... - It takes about two hours to do justice to this. Lots to read and see, and I liked the central ‘stage’ with various hologram performances. We also enjoyed messing around with the instruments at the end of the display. Teenagers would love this bit.

At the heart of the music - For those like me who grew up on bread and Brit music the museum represents a blast from the past (living in the present) and an emotion to be enjoyed, on the waves of the best music of the last fifty years, among unique memories in the window, costumes, musical instruments and images of all kinds. Beautiful idea of the corner where you try the instruments, my 7-year-old son excited to try an electric guitar and a drum... There is something for everyone, young and old, well organized museum. A must for Liverpool.

A great day out on a rainy day! - On a stormy day in Liverpool, we were looking for somewhere to shelter indoors. This was the perfect way to spend some time learning all about the evolution of music over the years. So interesting and very interactive!

WOW experience! - Interesting museum with many insightful exhibits on various bands and singers from around Britain. Added bonus is the virtual room where you get to try your hand at guitars, drums and keyboard.

Well worth a visit - A great experience, I don’t know why I never knew this was in Liverpool. Great location and although it’s only a small tour there’s a lot to see and listen to if you take your time and go through all the interactive material available . Well worth a visit and a good way to spend an hour or so.

Try the music instruments - It's not the best Museum ever but it's not the worst either. The museum is basically an exposition about the British music in different decades. In the end of the exposition, there are a few instruments such as the drums and acoustic guitar that you can try on. That's pretty lit!

Left me wanting more… - Nice exhibits and hands on experience with instruments. However we left wanting more…not enough representation of UK bands. More exhibits and hands on needed.
