Great Adventures in Jamaica - My sister and I went to Jam West Adventure Park Tour during our first trip to Jamaica, June 2025. It was a spectacular experience. We did ATV, zip lining, and horseback riding. It was our first time doing all three of these activities. The staff, guides, and instructors are amazing people. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and confident. Our favorite part was zip lining. We had the two best instructors Ryan and Fyahh. They were knowledgeable, fun, charismatic and most importantly ensured our safety. We highly recommend Jam West Adventure Park Tour if you’re looking for adventure and fun while vacationing in Jamaica.

Fire and Ryan were awesome - My husband and I went on a 30th anniversary and it was my first zip line and we loved our instructors FIRE ( Faith) and Ryan … this was my first time and they made me feel so comfortable please if you guys come to Jamaica go and see fire and Ryan you will not regret it. Fun! - I had fun on the ATV Tour and the push cart with my cousin. the day we went was a little quiet which was good. we had so much fun and really enjoyed the tour. i think it was well worth the money as it included pick up and drop off to our hotel and 2 of the activities.

Worth the experience - We had and amazing experience. I was so scared but that staff made me feel comfortable enough to finish the zip line course. Fire 🔥 and I can’t remember the other guy name but pushed me past my fears. All the staff is great and professional. The gift store prices were reasonable but the photo prices are kinda high.

Zip line with Ryan and Xxtra_fiyahhhhhhh - Ryan and Xxtra_fiyahhhhhhh We’re amazing zip line guides. They let you be the passenger princess until you feel comfortable on the line. Thanks for the fun time!

ATV and Zipline experience - We visited while on vacation in Montego Bay. We partook in the ATV and Zipline. The ATV's do need maintenance as the tires are worn which is a safety concern. If you have never quadded this would be a fun experience, however we found it a little dusty and slow. We were hoping for a little bit of mud and fun. The zipline is good and was safe. The guides were excellent but you don't get a lot of views from the zipline. The rest of the facility seemed un used and parts in disrepair. The locker rental is a little high priced at $7USD considering the price you pay to visit the facility you should get a locker to use for free. We shared a lunch as the prices were high as well and lunch was not included with our tour that we booked thru our resort. The facility could definitely some sprucing up and maintenance. I don't feel it was value for our money and is overpriced.

avoid this place for big group - avoid at any cost. This place is a joke. Employees have zero regards for their clients. We had rain out day and they kept us there until 6 pm. Took us out of our private bus and made us wait until 6 pm.
