Depending on the sea conditions and your proficiency level, we’ll select the perfect beach to surf (either Guincho or Carcavelos) and structure a safe, fun surf lesson involving warm-ups, theoretical instruction, and practical training. We guide you to the ideal waves!

Our coaching sessions typically span about 2 hours, based on your preference. We allocate time for you to practice and improve wave after wave, offering assistance and feedback!
