The driver could barely communicate in English - This was our one tour to see Lisbon and learn about it's rich history, but instead of a guide a driver showed up who barely spoke English. He mostly dropping us and picking us up from locations, we were mostly self guided. He was kind and helpful where he could be but not being able to communicate effectively was a huge drawback. We picked a small group tour so we could have a personalized experience, instead we ended up trying to listen in on the larger groups to learn more than what we did with this so-called "private group" tour. Very disappointing. I could have just taken Ubers to all these locations and it would have been half the price of the tour. Don't recommend it at all. Maybe it was a part-time driver that showed up for us, but not something we expected with the amount we ended up paying for this tour.
