Great, 100% recommended - Antonio is super nice, since before arriving in the city, at pickup and everything that lasted the tour has been watching us and my daughters. Super!!

Best Decision you could ever make for Portugal travel - Booking our day with Antonio was the single greatest choice we made while in Portugal. Prior to the trip he was responsive, attentive and collaborative. When we met up with him for our first day together in Sintra he was more than flexible to ensure we got to see everything we truly wanted to. The weather wasn't amazing but of course that's not his fault. The palace of Quelez is absolutely breathtaking and should NOT be missed. Sintra truly feels like a fairytale town and we could feel Antonio's passion towards the area. He supplied us with many tales of not only the area but quirks in the Portuguese culture, food, etc. There was never a dull moment. We ended our day at an amazing cafe where he knew exactly what to order. His bonds with the people we encountered throughout the day were very noticeable and he ensured we got the best service and options to make our day relaxing, memorable and entirely worth it. I can promise you that there is not a better tour guide in the whole of Portugal and that not booking with Antonio is a sorely made decision. All of our family members who have expressed interest in traveling to Portugal have been given his contact information and I strongly encourage everyone to take any tour offered by him.

The Best Private Tours in Portugal – A Must-Do Experience! - I first met António four years ago on my first trip to Portugal, and from that moment, I knew he was someone special. Since then, every time I return, I make sure to book a tour with him—and each one has been nothing short of incredible! António isn’t just a guide; he’s a passionate storyteller, a wealth of knowledge, and someone who truly loves sharing the beauty of Portugal. He personalizes every experience, making sure each tour is unique, engaging, and unforgettable. Whether exploring historic sites, discovering hidden gems, or indulging in the best local food and wine, António makes every moment special. This time, he took care of my friends and me, and once again, it was the highlight of our trip. His attention to detail, warm personality, and deep understanding of Portuguese culture make his tours stand out from the rest. If you’re planning a trip to Portugal, do yourself a favor and book a private full-day tour with António. He has a variety of incredible options, and no matter which one you choose, you’ll walk away with amazing memories. I cannot recommend him enough—he deserves to be the top-rated guide in Portugal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unspected spectacular day in Lisbon and surrounding areas. - The most beautiful experience with Antonio Meneses. This was our second time in Portugal; but the first time was with a guided tour. We did not visit all the places at that time that we visited now with Antonio and his private tour. Specially Sintra area, was amazing. He took the entire day to take us to the most beautiful Palaces and Castles (Antonio explained us the difference between both), monasteries. Iconic places, monuments, etc. He let us to walk by our self and also he walked with us explaining the history of each place. We went to taste Ginguinha, cod pastries, and the diamond of the day was Patio de Petisco Restaurant at Cascais beautiful area , after visited Cabo de Roca. He took care uf us all the time and keep us safe during the entire day. Definitely, I will recomend him always. He love to teach us everything also, we were lerning Portugues.

Best Tour of Sintra! - Antonio is the perfect tour guide! He communicated with us several times ahead of the tour. He picked us up at our hotel at 8:40AM. His van is very comfortable. He showed us several major and minor sites in Sintra, including the National Palace of Queluz, the gorgeous Biester Palace, Castelo dos Mouros, Pena Palace, and much more. He let us modify the tour; we wanted to walk around the historic town for a bit, and he was very willing to change plans. Before the tour ended, he showed us some beautiful views of the ocean. The last stop was dinner at Páteo do Petisco Torre--and he helped select several tapas for us. This was one of our best days in Portugal!

WARMTH AND ATTENTION NOT TAKEN FOR GRANTED - Three days trip to Lisbon with Renata and Silvia. On the third day, Friday, Antonio picked us up at 08:00 under the apartment for the excursion to Sintra. Along the way he explained and pointed out the various attractions. After breakfast we stopped to visit the Palace of Queluz then we continued to the Castle DOS Mouros where he accompanied us throughout the visit. We continue to Pena Palace then the Quinta da Regaleira where the Well of Initiation is located. From here a race to the ocean visiting some of the most beautiful spots on the coast such as Colares and Azenhas do Mar, the abandoned convent from Penina with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the vast Sintra park, Cabo da Roca the westernmost point of Europe and finally a passage in the luxurious resorts of Cascais and Estoril to shine our eyes. An intense day that filled our eyes and hearts. I recommend to everyone an excursion led by Antonio. It'll be a real cuddle. Thank you Antonio. Titian.

This Sintra tour is a must! - Antonio is an expert guide that will give you the tour experience that your group chooses. He knows where to take you and how to beat the lines. Being that we ran out of daylight, the last stop was not the best but that is the choice we made. One little hick up was not coming down through one of the gardens. Make sure that your phone is fully charged and that you have an external charger with you. You will need to it follow directions and tour maps. This tour was one of the highlights of our time in Portugal. We would have Antonio do a different tour if we go back and we would definitely recommend him to a friend!

Fantastic Day in Sintra - This was probably the best excursion I have been on. Antonio was timely picking us up. He had a perfectly planned day for us. Gave great instructions and knew all of the short cuts to make things easier at Pena Palace and the Moorish castle. He was very knowledgeable and informative of the history and what we were seeing. He even made time for Cabo de Rico, and a drive along the coast on the way back to Lisbon. Door to door service. I will be using him for future excursions in Portugal.

Lisbon is overheated by tourism - It doesn't have to be: Never again, Nepp, cheap and populist animation, no critical reference whatsoever, just Tralala and commerce, Sorry, this is how to break Lisboa
