Wonderful day - Visiting the Pena Palace before it opens to the public is an absolute privilege—an experience that words can hardly describe. Walking through its rooms in peace, with no crowds, allows you to truly take in every detail and feel the magic of the place. It’s a completely different experience from the usual visit.
Alicia, our guide, was fantastic. Her explanations were clear, engaging, and filled with fascinating stories that brought both the palace and Portuguese history to life. She made everything feel close and accessible, while keeping it fun and entertaining.
I wholeheartedly recommend this tour to everyone—it’s something truly special!

Pena palace - such a beautiful experience - I visited Pena palace before but never without the crowds: the story behind this palace and the gardens is very fascinating - visiting it when nobody else is around is incredible.

Perfect day! - Amazing experience! Thanks so much Walks for offering this highly valuable visit to the most beautiful place I have seen in Lisbon. The tour starts in a very central square in Lisboa, we drove to Cascais and had the possibility to enjoy the village and learn a lot about its history. Then, we went to Cabo da Roca and were able to see the most dramatic and scenographic landscapes. We stopped at Sintra village and finally head to the Pena Palace. It was a priceless privilege to have this exclusive access. We could enjoy the place just for our selves really living the fairy tale.

Magical trip, felt like a fairy tale - That is probably the most exciting experience I had in Portugal! We managed to see Pena Palace on sunset and the most important: we were completly alone. It felt like a fairy tale - just us in the whole park. And we also got many great pictures.
Our wonderful guide told multiple gossips from the royal past and led us through a colourful town of Cascais. Special applause to your sense of humour, Jaime!
Overall I loved the trip, especially being on this "date" with Pena Palace and feeling a bit like a princess.
PS Put on a coat cause it might be windy.
