Sailing up river is spectacular until we enter the sea of straw. Seeing the historic center all lights up is always spectacular. Then we sail to the south side to enjoy the view of Lisbon and strait to the Atlantic, There’s good wine to celebrate.

- Age minimum requirement for Alcoholic Beverages is 18yrs old and up
- No pets allowed, only service animals (Service animals are certified to help people with disabilities with certain tasks). Service animals count for the capacity of the boat so if you’re bringing any service animal you need to inform us once you make the reservation.
- With children under 6 years old we advise you to book the private tour and this tour since it’s shared.
- Wheelchairs and walkers are not allowed - We do not advise people with low mobility to take shared tours

The BEST way to see Lisbon at sunset by boat! - Joe and Bruno were friendly, fun, kept the wine flowing, and were so knowledgeable with the history of Lisbon. I’d recommend this to anyone!

An evening on the water with wine to spare - My partner and I had an amazing time on this 2-hour sailboat tour around Lisbon. We got to see all the main sites along the river while listening to Captain Joe tell us about their significance as we enjoyed gliding along the water. Bruno made sure our wine glasses never stayed dry as we enjoyed the sites and wished we had booked the tour every night of our stay.

Amazing! - A fantastic experience! A uniquely designed boat with various spots to relax and enjoy the stunning views. By limiting the number of passengers they preserve a very comfortable experience. Joe and Bruno added to the experience with their personal touches and conversations. They offered plenty of wine and even blankets when it cooled after the sun set. This is a great choice for couples or a small group (it isn’t a big party boat).

Must Do, First Class Experience in Lisbon! - If I could give this tour more than 5 stars, I would. Everything about it was simply incredible!
The communication leading up to our tour was first class. I was texted 24+ hours out with instructions on where to meet. The text included directions if you were arriving by taxi, tram, car, or Uber. They included a picture of what the check in location looked like as well. It made everything about our arrival extremely seamless.
When I checked our group in, I was greeted warmly and immediately asked about our time in Lisbon. From the very beginning, they truly made me feel valued as a customer.
We were blessed to have Joe and Henry as our captains. They were incredible from the minute we stepped on the boat. They took the time to go over safety procedures and life jackets before we ventured out. They were both engaging and informative. Taking the time to not only point out the various sites, but to answer any questions we might have.
By the end of the tour, it felt like we were sailing with new friends vs. two captains we had just met a few hours earlier.
This was the last thing I did on an eight day trip to Lisbon and I can honestly say it was my favorite activity of the entire trip. If you are in Lisbon, I cannot recommend booking this tour enough!

Best sunset sail - My husband and I did the sunset sail with Francisco and Henrique who were the best sailing hosts pointing out all the landmarks & places of interest & keeping our wine glasses topped up as we sailed out to watch the sun go down.
The administration & communications from the company was also excellent keeping in touch and responding quickly to our messages.
We were recommended this company by our son and we would definitely highly recommend booking with Rentaboatlisbon… AMAZING!

A Unique Boat Experience - This boat tour was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon! It didn’t feel like a typical tour—the group was small, and the boat was beautiful, fresh, and seemed brand new inside and out. It felt more like being invited to a private event on the water. We were served generous pours of wine while Henry shared historical facts in the most engaging way and guided us around. Watching the sunset and enjoying the calm blue waves made it unforgettable. Thank you so much, Francisco and Henry, for this amazing experience!

Lovely experience! - Excellent experience. Francisco and Henry were wonderful hosts and were extremely knowledgeable about the area. Wine and snacks were provided and wine glasses were never empty! The sunset was beautiful and it was also nice to see some monuments up close from the water. Highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking to get out on the water and learn some history of Lisbon!

Magical Sunset Sail with Joe & Henry! - We had the most incredible 2-hour luxury sailboat cruise with Captains Joe and Henry. From the moment we stepped on board, they made us feel completely at ease and treated us like old friends. The boat itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for enjoying the breathtaking sunset views.
Joe and Henry were quick to top up our glasses with refreshing green wine. They were also fantastic storytellers — full of local knowledge, fun facts, and plenty of jokes that had us laughing the whole way. Their warmth and energy created such a relaxed, social atmosphere that really elevated the experience.
The combination of stunning scenery, endless laughter, and top-notch hospitality made this cruise one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for the perfect way to end a day, I can’t recommend this sunset sail with Joe and Henry enough. Absolutely unforgettable!

Amazing boat cruise - If you’re in Lisbon, take this cruise!
The boat itself was beautiful, and super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the views/monuments we were passing. As an added bonus- my wine glass was never empty!
It was a great, relaxing way to end our trip to Lisbon.
