The water plumbing from the spring to beaks outside the so-called Moura Fence will date from 1487, allowing the supply of ships of the Indian career.
The current facade dates from 1864, having been topped the platibanda and placed the pinnacles and urns, in a classicist architectural composition.

Great experience - Guide was great. Very knowledgable about history of Portugal. Wife and I only had limited time - our guide made sure we got the most out of it and got us back to our hotel on time for an airport transfer.

Visit historical Lisbon with this private tour - Excellent Tuk Tuk tour of Lisbon. Joe was energetic, polite, and knowledgeable. Gave us a good overview of the sights of historical Lisbon. Just confirm pick up location.

Lisbon city tour with Tuktuk - Lisbon is beautiful city we have book city tour with Tuktuk and was wonderful experience.
The driver guide was knowledgeable and familiar with Lisbon . He help us with pick up and drop off till our Hotel. Highly recommended.

Nice intro to Lisbon - Arrived on time to pick us up at our hotel. Tuk Tuk was a fun way to see Lisbon but canopy top obscured vision. It was hard to hear and underhand the driver while moving. Covered much of the city. Fun afternoon

Not for our liking - The guide tried very hard, but was very difficult to understand. The roads were way too bumpy for our aging bodies and it seemed we went over the same areas again and again.

Needs Improvement - This tour started with our tour guide showing up over 10 minutes late. He spoke perfect English and was friendly but he gave us the bare minimum information about city monuments. No history of Lisbon, no history of obvious things like the city clearly added land to coast. He also didn't have a headset so the few times he spoke it was difficult to hear. If you take this type of tour, make sure they have a PA and preferably someone who grew up in the area and has passion for city.
