I love hop on hop off - I loved doing the hop on hop off tour with you through the city of Lisbon. I will definitely repeat the experience when I go to Porto. Preco-Quality and great service. I recommend!

Excellent HOHO service from Cityrama! - Excellent HOHO service from Cityrama! Very well organized, with comfortable buses, punctual and friendly staff. The trails cover the main sights including the main football stadiums with audio guide. Great way to explore the city with freedom and comfort. I LOVE

Portugal Hop-On - Hopping on and off the bus in Portugal was a super convenient way to explore and see all the main attractions, which was great! To make it even more fantastic, clearer audio would be a real game-changer, making it easier to hear all the info. Plus, imagine how much richer the experience would be if the commentary shared even more interesting stories, fun facts, and maybe some local secrets about the places we were visiting?

For us the perfect way to see Lisbon - This way we could enjoy three days from the bus and boat of the beautiful Lisbon. The audio program not only explained the city but also beautiful Portuguese music, which made it very pleasant.

Not worth the money! Disorganized! - I booked this hop on hop off Bus and Boat tour in January online for my family of 9 to ensure when we arrived we would have everything reserved. I handed my Bus and Boat voucher to the driver as instructed only to be told that it was an old reservation voucher and had to have new tickets issued. To my dismay they printed out the new tickets with only one line and no boat!! We had arrived for the first bus and with all the commotion trying to get things fixed we missed it, Only got three lines and NO boat!!! We settled in our seats only to be disappointed again because half of the audio did not work! Also, the timing was off and heard about things after we were already gone by! We have taken many hop on hop off tours all over the world and have never been this disappointed!! We would not recommend this tour to anyone!!

Boat Ride included? Really? Bus ok but the boat was a joke! - My experience? The bus was a little below the standards I have had in other cities. The audio facilities worked sometimes or only on channel was working. My biggest disappointment was the "BOAT RIDE" !! Boat ride is all it was. Not a tour as we were told when we boarded the boat. NO audio connections!! NO guide giving us any history or information about the city or location. NOTHING!!! My traveling party was VERY disappointed in this because of my past experiences. They were looking forward to this excursion. When we got off the BOAT RIDE we all were stunned as to the lack of "TOUR". I would NEVER us this company again. I will recommend Viator distance themselves from Lisboat as soon as possible. If we wanted a ride with no guide we could have rented a boat by the hour. So disappointed in this tour. Not what I would expect from a Viator product.

Greyline Lisbon Hop On Hop Off is Horrible! - Taken many hop on hop off bus tours in many countries and this was by far the worst. I wrote the company to make sure that the bus went to Cascais, Lisbon. They wrote me back to say that I should be at the tour meeting place at 9am to go to Cascais. I got there at 8:45 am only to find that the tour left at 8:30 am! I then went on the Belem tour where the audio did not work for the first 15+ min. I got back for the Cascais tour only to find that the audio on the second bus did not work ever and the driver did not announce the stops. Because I missed the 1st tour to Cascais, when I new there would be no rain, when I got to Cascais it was raining so hard that I could not walk around the town. I was so disgusted with the tour bus company that I took the train back to Lisbon, so I wouldn't waste any more time with a company that has defective equipment and doesn't communicate accurately. I will not use Greyline again.

Boring - Boring, nothing worth seeing on the Basic ride except Belen’s Tower and you can get there easier and cheaper. Have used their services in other countries without a problem but this was awful. Avoid.

Never again - Don't waste your time,2 disable told we could stay on bus but got thrown off and told to get another bus back to port, was given wrong map when booking, not just us but everyone had wrong map

Disappointed with the service. - Bus times were not regular and given misinformation by the staff. Waited more than an hour for a bus in the middle of the afternoon, not leaving us long until the service stopped. The headphones didn’t work either.
