Travel Cais do Sodré to Bethlehem - Since the reception was flawless, the service is 5 stars. The trip was quiet and quiet. It will ⁇ be to repeat.

Peace of mind - There is no guide , you have 48 hours to take it as many times as you want, leaves every hour quiet trip economical and good to take photos, a good memory.

All right. - You can see the great monuments, the port, the sailing boats. Once the captain saw the dolphins and approached his boat to see them up close, in their natural environment. It was magical. The team is really nice
In addition it is very convenient to go to downtown Lisbon avoiding traffic jams on the bridge. Located in Istoril we parked the car in Belém where it is relatively easy to park then we took the lisboat. 25 euros/adult return for 48 hours, enough time to discover the essentials of the Portuguese capital.

Better not - In itself a nice route and in good weather you can also take great photos, but the disadvantages outweigh:
1. There is no indoor area, so in January, despite 14 degrees and sunshine, everything freezes. Actually, you should not offer this tour in winter.
2. There are no comments or other explanations during the journey! This has nothing to do with hop on hop off and against the background it is also quite overpriced.
3. The route from Belém to Lisbon was so slow that you could only get seasick in the waves...
4. It is more important for staff to attract all possible passengers on board than to stick to the timetable. The fact that the passengers who have already boarded, meanwhile, are sitting on the uncomfortable chairs as ordered and not picked up is secondary...

Very frightening boat trip in Lisbon - Took a river boat trip from Lisbon to Bélem. Weather was good - nice sunny day but water was a bit choppy but nothing to worry about. However when boat neared Bélem ALL changed - difficult to get alongside the floating pontoon as waters were so choppy & when we did get moored disembarking the boat was incredibly frightening. EVERYTHING was moving, the boat, the small portable gangplank, the pontoon & the attached rollered gangplank up into the café. I am fit but I completely felt I’d lost the use of my legs when leaving the boat & became so very lightheaded. Just so much instability had made me feel like this. After 3 hours in Bélem my husband & I thought that the return trip would be calmer but alas it wasn’t!! We got on to the boat, then one of the mooring ropes suddenly became loose & there was just ONE crew member to sort as the other crew member had gone to WC/Café!! It was a terrifying situation to be in - one solitary crew member having to suddenly do TWO tasks. He jumped into the wheelhouse & started up engine to reposition boat against pontoon - then to run to back of boat to quickly tie-up to the mooring. He worked well but we as passengers were petrified & we will never travel again with Lisboat in Lisbon. Please improve your health & safety & please employ more crew for your boats. We all want to feel safe and sound whilst relaxing in Lisbon.

Not a good experience. No information poor communication. Not what was expected. - We've been living in Lisbon for just 2 months and had friends visit for a few days. We thought about taking a hop on hop off bus tour to get a guided trip of our city. I then saw we could do it by boat with Lisboat. Not so. I asked the woman when I bought the tickets about the tour and she said there was a QR code on the boat. I asked on the boat and was told it was in the bathroom. It wasn't. No guide, just a boring (and beautiful) ride down the river to Belem. We took a Tuk Tuk back to get more of a guided trip. Totally not worth the 58 euros per couple.

Beware of LISBOAT! - Do not use Lisboat for the tour to Belem. Unreliable company boat left with 1 hour late on schedule and non-existent return ride, canceled without notice, they forced us to spend more money on taxis and lose 16 euros return ride. Misleading behaviour for users

Lack of information - The problem is the lack of information.
We took a usable 48-hour ticket. The first day the return took place in a different place from where we had docked so taxi home. And on the second day the schedules were different. No boats at 3:00 like we were told when we bought the tickets, so taxi again. No information on the schedules at the Tower of Belém .
A real pain....

Terrible - I did not go on the boat. When I went to the Lisboat Window, there was nobody there. I didn’t know where to go to get the boat, since there were several boats at the Terminal. After I went around and asked about ten different People working there — I figured out that the boat had already departed.
There were NO signs to direct Ticket holders who were unfamiliar with the Terminal.
