- Due to an incident involving a tram in Lisbon, the tram service is temporarily out of operation, and therefore this part of the experience will not be available for the moment
- Please, be at the check in point 15’ minutes before departure time.
- This product is subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on inclement weather.
- The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 120 kg (264,55 lbs), in case of exceeding it, you won’t be allowed to join the flight. If you exceed 110kg (242,50 lbs), you’ll be asked to pay for two seats upon arrival at the heliport.
- The distribution of people in the helicopter will be decided based on the weights and seats of the helicopter to maximize safety
- All passengers must show a valid ID or Passport at the check in desk in order to board the helicopter.
- There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund.
- There is a minimum number of people required to operate on languages that are not English or Spanish. If this minimum is not reached, the tour will be offered in English.

- Paulo was fantastic! This tour is an extraordinary value! Walking tour, short but near vertical tram ride, strolling through the marketplace with a little time for yourself, then ferry ride under the bridge to Belam. Then culminating in a helicopter ride! There were only six of us, so it was three per ride. Fabulous! You learn so much, and the vibe it's low-key and fun. Just make sure you're with the right group when you start. I was put with a different tour at first because they met at the same place and were from the same company.

Interesting and varied tour - A bit of walking involved so comfortable footwear is advisable. Interesting mix of walking tram boat and helicopter.

Helicoptervlucht Lissabon. - What an experience. We had an 8-minute flight. Enough time to see the whole city of Lisbon from above. The staff was friendly but also accurate and disciplined. We recommend everyone to take a helicopter flight. We made another great memory.

Amazing experience - Our guide Rui was really nice, informative and funny, its a great package of experiences and joy. The helicopter ride was amazing, and extra smooth, our pilot was fantastic. This program is an everlasting memory, absolutallly recommended.

Agnieszka K - To make our stay in Lisbon even more special, I treated myself and my daughter to the 360° Lisbon tour – a combination of walking, a ride on the iconic yellow tram, a boat cruise, and a helicopter flight! It was an amazing way to experience Lisbon from three unique perspectives: land, water, and air.
The tour was perfectly organized, and each part offered something different and exciting. The highlight comes at the very end – the helicopter ride – and it truly takes your breath away!
I highly recommend 360° Lisbon to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable way to explore the city.

Save your money - Logistics by company not coordinated. A lot of downtime waiting. Group was mixed languages so guide had to explain everything in triplicate. Helicopter flight was short (expected) but didn’t even fly over city. A lot of other better experiences for cost and time

Enjoyable but save the money - Rui was great, however constantly had to explain things in multiple languages ads tour was not done by language. Not enough vans to transport whole group at once. Helicopter ride was fun but wanted more of a tour
