Direct communication will be established with the client to provide all necessary details regarding the meeting and pick-up arrangements.

A vehicle will be chosen based on the number of travelers: options include the Volvo XC90 SUV, Jaguar XF series, or the Executive Genesis G80 long base sedan. On the day of the transfer, the driver will contact the customer prior to the meeting, while customers prepare at their accommodation or pass through customs at Sydney Airport. Pick-up is available from Sydney Airport (domestic or international) or any agreed location in Sydney. The driver will wait for travelers with a sign displaying their names.

Travelers will board the luxury vehicle at the exclusive limousine car park area. Transfers are available to any location in The Blue Mountains, according to traveler requirements. (The transfer from Sydney CBD or Airport to Katoomba takes approximately 180 minutes).

A RETURN transfer from The Blue Mountains back to the Airport or any location required by the traveler is also offered.
