The operator was very flexible with my booking due to a medical incident that occurred prior to our scheduled experience and was caring about the person who got sick and couldn't do the zipline experience. When we were finally able to attend, the gentlemen at the zipline were funny, nice and patient and made you feel safe. I couldn't complete the zipline experience because I couldn't physically handle the little hike to the various platforms but the gentleman made me feel comfortable with my decision and still made my experience fun! There was also the added interests such as a little yellow adder snake on a tree and one of the gentlemen getting a fruit off the tree for me to taste. The shuttle driver was a sweet and friendly guy and a safe driver. I will get physically fit and tackle that zipline the next time I visit Costa Rica. It was an AWESOME experience!
