Very well catalogued - Beautiful on the outside and inside, the reception girls are a love, it really is very well documented and with posters in Spanish, French, English, German, Italian and even Japanese! That is not very common so a good introduction on pre-Columbian art is appreciated, more specifically the Mochica culture Loved it! Don’t miss out either if beautiful garden coffee and make some really good piscos

Unmissable Museum of Lima - Unmissable museum of Lima, very well organized. A nice window to ancient Peru and its pre-Hispanic cultures. The guided tour in highly recommended, as it will help you understand the value of the pieces, after finished you are free for as long as you want for photos and tour it again. It is in an old house surrounded by beautiful gardens. There's a restaurant. I'd come back.

Beautiful exhibits. Helpful to have our tickets in advance. - We were so impressed by the collection of ancient artifacts at Museo Larco. Both the pieces displayed in the extensive storage area as well as those in the well edited formal exhibit space were amazing to see. Buying our tickets in advance allowed us to easily pop in at the time that worked best for us during our single day in Lima.

Very interesting - Great place to go deeper into the history of the pre-Inca peoples, with many handmade pieces made by each of them. Also has a restaurant on the same terrain, very nice.

Visit also the Museum’s cellar and eroticism section. - It has been enriching the visit to this Museum, has an excellent collection of pieces of ancient cultures such as Mochica, Chimú, Chancay, etc. ; that developed in the current territory of Peru. In addition to the exhibition rooms, I have visited the museum cellar and there are a lot of ceramic pieces that are interesting to admire, there is also a special exhibition themed on eroticism. I recommend visiting the Larco Museum. The access door is located on the side of Larco Park. Enjoy Museo Larco because: LIFE...is a JOURNEY!

Disappointing Experience with Staff - I had a pretty bad experience at the Larco Museum over the weekend of June 14th. An employee named Miguel Delgado was yelling at someone, which really scared my kid and the group of friends we had brought to enjoy this beautiful place. I think you guys should be more careful and respectful with tourists. This guy's behavior was way out of line and it got everyone there talking negatively. I hope you can fix this. This is my favorite spot, and I want this guy to understand how important respect is.
